Super freundlicher hilfsbereiter Mitarbeiter am Empfang. Lage ist sehr gut für Städtetrip, weil das Hotel direkt gegenüber vom Bahnhof ist. Ist trotzdem leise dort. Zimmer sind einfach eingerichtet, aber in Ordnung. Sehr sauber. Frühstück ist auch okay. Würde das Hotel wieder buchen.

Schlechtes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis
Die Lage in einem authentischen Viertel Portos mit vielen kleinen Restaurants und Bars sowie die Nähe zum Bahnhof Campanha ist sehr gut. Leider sind die Zimmer in einem schlechten Zustand. Es wurde alles weiß übergemalt, aber der Putz bröckelt. Türen schließen schlecht. Schiebetür zum Bad schwergängig. Wieso man ein behindertengerechtes Bad in deiner oberen Etage einrichtet mit vielen Stufen, engen Gängen ist unverständlich. Für das Gebotene zu teuer.

Da es sich um ein jahrhundertealtes Gebäude handelt, benötigt es viel Wartung und manchmal ist es schwierig für uns, alle Probleme zu beheben, aber wir arbeiten in diese Richtung, um unseren Gästen den maximalen Komfort bieten zu können. Die Unterkunft liegt eine Minute vom Bahnhof entfernt und ist sauber. Dies ist das Positive. Negativ ist, dass die Räume sehr hellhörig sind und die Rezeption keine Rücksicht auf die Gäste nimmt, und sehr laut auch am späten Abend reden. Die Freundlichkeit lässt ebenfalls zu wünschen übrig und ich fand die Art und Weise nicht sehr gastfreundlich, sondern sehr unwirsch. Es gibt sicher bessere Alternativen in Porto.

Ok for its price
The hotel is very close to the train and Metro station, which is very practical. The staff is friendly but not all seem to speak English. My room was ok, even though I would have liked to be able to lock the door more securely. Since I’m not a fan of the wooly blanket, I preferred to use my sleeping bag instead. The breakfast was ok-ish.

Hotel is directly across from train station. Very convenient location. Restaurants close by. Desk was very helpful. Check in was easy. Beds are a little hard but perfectly fine for a short stay. Would recommend.

Nice place to stay
A small hotel offering friendly service. Breakfast well worth the charge - croissants big enough for two! One comfortable public room serves locals and residents alike at modest prices. USB sockets are built into the hairdryer bracket in the bathroom. The room was kept spotless during our three nights stay. Being an older building, its windows are quite small and ours had opaque glass and opened onto a light-well, so no view, but those like us, who prefer to be out exploring Porto, will not find this a problem. Room heating/aircon is controlled by the guest via a remote handset and works well. We heard no noise from the street outside. There are plenty of nearby eating places and closeness to Campanhã station is a significant advantage.

This hotel is in a perfect location if you have an early morning train to catch. It is directly across the street from the Campanha station. Our room was minimalistic but clean and newly renovated. Note, there is no elevator.

Very convenient hotel
The hotel is right opposite the main train station and is very convenient for everywhere The staff are very nice and kind. The rooms are a good size and the bathroom is lovely although I would change the shower head to a large one. Everything is very clean & I had a room at the back which was very quiet.

Bon rapport qualité-prix
Certes, la chambre était basique, mais elle était conforme à la description qui en était faite et très propre. Je n'ai donc pas eu de mauvaise surprise. La salle de douche, petite, était rénovée et très propre. Le petit-déjeuner était copieux et varié (buffet). Le personnel est très aimable. De mon point de vue, le seul point faible est l'insonorisation. Si je peux me permettre une petite suggestion : une petite tablette sous le miroir de la salle de douche serait pratique (mais, pour quelques jours, on peut faire sans). L'hôtel est très bien situé : bus, métro, trains à deux pas. En résumé, si je devais revenir à Porto, je réserverai sûrement à nouveau dans cet hôtel 🙂.

Ok hotell, nær Campanha. Enkel standard. Rent. Hyggelig personale. Enkelt og greit hotell. Brukte hotellet når jeg var på gjennomreise, men ville kanskje valgt et annet om måler var å utforske Porto og Gaia. Området rundt Campanha er ikke det beste på kveldstid, men stille og rolig. Hadde ingen problemer med støy.

About 4 stops from Trinadade metro station. Costs less than €2 on the metro and then you are in the centre. Lots of bars and restaurants near the hotel. Its deffo a bit further out than i normally go but the local dining is great and short walk to Metro id deffo book again

very pleased.
This Hotel has had the most comfortable bed so far on my trip. I had a room on the front overlooking the Railway Station. I choose this Hotel because of it's closeness to the Station as I arrived and departed by train. Breakfast was included in the tariff. There is no lift in this hotel but the stairs were easy stairs.

Very good hotel for the price. Appears to have had a refurbishment quite recently. Room was clean and warm. Bathroom was in very good condition (albeit a little small). Would stay again. Handy location for the metro to city centre, and opposite Campanha railway station where you can get a teain along the very scenic Douro Valley.

This family-run boutique hotel (30 rooms) was a great find for a short trip to Porto. Location is directly across the street from the main train, bus and Metro station. Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean hotel. As a single traveller, I felt safe in this location. Breakfast was 6 Euros. Modern bathroom. Great value for money.
