Welcome to my home!

Bright and tastefully furnished with lovely decor, this charming 36 m2 flat is located on the ground floor and is close to many of Porto's top attractions!

Fitted with a convertible sofa bed, a TV, and a dining area, relax in the room after a busy day of exploring the city. You'll find a small patio through the living room to enjoy some fresh air!

The attached kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, such as an induction cooker, a coffee machine, and an oven, to prepare a delicious meal.

The bedroom (hidden behind a sliding door) has a comfy double bed and plenty of wardrobe space for your belongings. The bed will be lined with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a comfortable sleep.

The bathroom has all the amenities you'll need to freshen up, including a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

Bonfim is a vibrant neighbourhood in Porto that combines historic charm with a beautiful edge. Its 19th-century architecture, tree-lined streets, and landmarks like the Igreja do Bonfim and Jardim de São Lázaro offer visitors a glimpse into Porto's past while providing peaceful spots to explore.

Recently, Bonfim has become a creative hub, attracting a younger crowd with its trendy cafes, art studios, and authentic eateries. This blend of tradition and contemporary culture makes Bonfim a must-visit for those looking to experience Porto's diverse and dynamic atmosphere.

Many places in Porto are easily accessible on foot, but if you prefer public transportation:

The nearest train station is 24 de Agosto (lines A, B, C, F) and Heroismo (lines A, B, C, F), just 5 minutes walk from the flat.

Multiple bus stops service the area.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is an 18-minute drive from the flat.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
