Staff was wonderful, no problems. The room had very worn and done-in furniture, chipping paint, and even though we had a non-smoking room it smelled like smoke. It was fine for the short time it was needed but I do not expect to go back.

Don't do it. You'll never get your money back. I attempted to stay here 12/2023. Was told their card reader was down and they would only accept cash. Didn't have it, so I cancelled my booking there. Sometime later apparently their card reader did work, because they charged me for the entire stay. Even though the charge was from Expedia, who told me 4 different things the 4 different times I asked them, somehow, no one could reverse it. The hotel is a family of crooks, and I'm starting to feel the same way about Expedia. Would not recommend either.

Don't book here if it's cold
Granted, Portland was experiencing the type of snowstorm it's totally unequipped for. So I should not have been surprised that there was snow blowing in from under the door (which never melted all night) and that the heater didn't work and I had to sleep under two sets of blankets in all my clothes. But what's upsetting is that this hotel usually costs aroiund $50, and they gouged for $150 on a night when the city opened warming shelters all over and temps were in the teens. Shame.

I did not stay here
The receptionist was aggressive. He never greated me properly. He opened the window and stated "yes" followed by "ID". He pulled up my reservation, asked me if I planned to extend and then responded, "good bc we don't do extensions". He then requested $100 cash at check-in for the security deposit. I offered my card and he declined stating he only wants cash money. After making him aware that nowhere it states cash is required and I do not have cash he demanded that I take my card to the atm, withdraw cash and return. This was at 10pm in an unfamiliar area that didn't appear to be the safest for going to an atm at night. Even the receptionist was talking through a glass and there was no front lobby. Nevertheless, it was cold and rainy with no shelter to be standing outside going back and forth. The lady in line behind me was just as appalled as I was. We both decided to leave.

It is a good choice to stay in oyo,thay provide little amenities as well,and always prefer to stay in oyo,but now on forward I will never choose this property for the reason I canceled a booking before time period and I didn’t get my refund,I stayed there continually December 3rd to 18th in between I canceled my one booking 6 to 10 I didn’t get any refund from the property,and when I asked to the property,what they said they doesn’t receive any booking and they blamed Expedia hold your money.meaning less conversation with oyo and Expedia both are throwing the conversation to both side.bad experience

The women at the desk tried to tell me she only excepted cash when I arrived. The room was cold and filthy. Stains all over the rugs, mold everywhere and smelled. There’s a train that goes by that extremely loud and on a busy road where all you hear all night is a vehicle is driving by.

Rude poeple
The lady at the front desk was very rude throwing my licenses back to me. Then about 4 hour of being in the room power went out ask if we can be moved to another room she said. That i can just check out and found some where else to go. That how they get over on taking people money. They turn the power off on people just for they can check out early then say its no refund. When i left the room i cleaned and no one didnt sleep in the beds so everything was still perfectly clean. I booked for two night and thy made us leave like 12am so i feel like i deserves my money back.

There was rats in the walls that woke me and my daughter up on the last night. We were really terrified and disgusted as they sounded huge and close. We left promptly in the morning but I am contacting you to bring this to your attention. It is highly unsanitary to rent out a hotel that’s infested with rats. I should have made a stink for my refund at that time but we were so scared we just wanted to leave. Please refund me to my credit card on file.

The hotel beds were clean but the couch had holes on it. The front desk lady was a bit rude the bathroom was not stocked no toilet paper at all there was other people stuff underneath the bathroom counter old boxer and looks like maybe a dog or cat food in metal bowls. The hotel had locks that had been tampered with did not make me feel safe. Even for the price I rather sleep somewhere else but if your looking for a cheap place like a motel 6 this is a good place.

The pictures are severely misleading. Not only is the area shady but the hotel itself. The outside looks decent but the room itself needs serious updates. Stained floors and bedspread. I didn’t sleep under the covers. Room itself is bare. The lock on the door didn’t seem too secure. Loud outside. Near train tracks

Misleading and false advertisement
This is misleading all the way around. It doesn't offer a shuttle to the airport. After verifying with someone in the office at check-in, I said the website said they offer shuttle service and this needed to be changed. Also, does not have a business center nor a weight room. The carpet was fifthly with stains all over. Bed was comfortable. This place could have potential if you was fixed up better. Also, the part of town seemed sketchy so not sure if it's a safe area.

Not for me!!!! Room was clean enough, but the room smelled like pot! As a single woman in the area i did not feel safe there. Lots of homeless in the area. Sure it was ok. Just not for me. I checked in. Checked it out. Immediately made another reservation somewhere else, and didnt stay.

The room was very small. Bedding was unclean. The area of the side walk outside my room had bad smell something like urine odor. The attendant was not the most friendly person in the hotel businesss.

The shower leaked, i reserved a KING SIZE bed and was given a queen, the room pictured that i selected from the website did not match the room we stayed in.. my wife and I felt like this was a bait and switch deal... NOT HAPPY AT ALL.. PLUS their card machine didnt work so we had to find an ATM to cash.. inconsistent..!!

Disappointment because there was no closet. No amenities as far as pop, snacks machines, iron, and iron board . And no blow dryers, just one little bar soap, that was it. But overall I was comfortable
