We have stayed at this hotel a couple of times before. It’s in a great spot kind of tucked away from the hustle and bustle in the beautiful old building. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Great lobby area too.

Perdí mi billetera ese día del check in después de un retraso de 3 horas para llegar a portland llame al hotel para explicar que perdí mi billetera y que tenía fotos de mi Id en color en mi correo al igual que una visa digital y tarjetas digitales en mi Apple wallet una señorita X nombre la noche de ayer no fue nada amable nada servicial nada hospitalaria le dije sino me ayudan ustedes soy un miembro de expedía y hoteles se pudo haber hecho una excepción como mi experiencia trabajando en hospitalidad 11 años jamás hubiese actuado así yo dormí en un carro alquilado a Uber de 12am a 6am que pude ir al DMV no me reembolsaron el dinero ni en crédito ni en gift card en nada! And that’s okay but esa acción es fatal para un Guess que atraviesa una situación así y en otra ciudad diferente perdí el dinero pero más pesar y pena me da la actitud de ella para el Guess Gracias Kleynner

Very nice property with a cool vibe. Lived the 50s movie star theme that carried into the dark and moody lounge. Excellent staff. Accessible rooms were excellent

I experienced the best customer service during my stay here. Polite and very helpful staff. We interacted with the front desk, and employees in Gracie's and The Driftwood. Everyone was so king. Rooms were spacious and clean.

Beautiful hotel, decorated much like you would find in the 1950s. The beds are very plush and comfortable. The tea and coffee in our room were well stocked. We had a very nice stay overall. The only negative part of our stay was that we could hear the street noise down below up on the 7th floor.

Hotel DeLuxe is a lovely place. The staff is excellent and very attentive. I had a great experience there. It is in a bit of an odd area in that one must cross over the 405 freeway constantly to go anywhere, but other than that it is lovely and i enjoyed my stay there.

Poor Customer Service
Was told when we booked the difference between premium and deluxe was top floor, which was not true. We paid extra for premium only to be stuck in the middle. Bathroom didn’t have shower curtain and wasn’t clean; there was mold in the curtains. When I brought this to the front desks attention, he blamed ME for not reporting it sooner. I didn’t use the shower or was even in the room until late at night, yet it was MY FAULT for not bringing to their attention sooner. Extremely poor customer service.
