Primary Suite: King bed with plush linens for a restful night. Blackout curtains and an accent chair for more comfort. Inside the master bathroom we have a standing shower, two sinks, and a spacious master closet for all your clothes.

Second Bedroom: Queen bed, bright and cozy. A comfortable bean bag and beautiful decor. Creating a fun and cozy space.

Third Bedroom: Queen bed, blackout curtains, and beautiful decor sets the relaxing mode.

Fourth Bedroom: Located on the first floor, it is a guest bedroom. It has a Queen bed with blackout curtains for any additional guests that tag along.

This neighborhood is in the up and coming part of Gresham. It is less than a mile form Gresham Downtown. The neighbors are quite and friendly. We have Cascade athletic club just across the street if you are looking to get a quick workout in and a brand new library opening soon.

- Non-Smoking: This is a non-smoking home. If you need to smoke, please do so outside, away from the house, and dispose of cigarette butts properly.

-Shoes: Please remove your shoes and leave them in the entryway.

- Pets: We allow one pet. It must be with the owner at all times. Pet`s are not allowed upstairs. Owner is responsible for cleaning up after the pet.

- Parties are not allowed.

- Overnight Guests: Only guests listed on the original booking are permitted to stay overnight.

-Early check in and late check out requests: We are unable to confirm early check-ins or late check-outs until the day of your arrival or departure. If you need a guaranteed early check-in, we recommend booking the night before. On the day of your arrival or departure, please let us know your preferred check-in or check-out time. If it exceeds a 30-minute window, a $50 fee will apply, which we share with our cleaning team to coordinate your request.
