A Note on the Property Setup

This is an owner-occupied property. The owner lives in the lower unit, and the rental is the upper unit only. Guests use their own separate front entry, fully independent from the owner's space below. You'll have full privacy throughout your stay, and directions to the correct entrance are included in your check-in instructions.

The Home

Upstairs, the layout is comfortable and straightforward: three bedrooms, one bathroom, a full kitchen, and a wood-burning fireplace for slower evenings in. In-unit laundry means longer stays and larger groups don't have to plan around a laundromat run.

A Few Things to Know

Pets are welcome with no additional fee. Parking includes a single car parked on the pad by the front door. Garage and parking in front of it is reserved for the owner.
