Die Unterkunft ist durchschnittlich. Sauberkeit ist okay. Leider keine besonderen Fenster für die übermässig laute Strasse, die direkt vor der Tür verläuft

It is a clean, safe and quiet property. The bed and pillows are super comfortable. After a day at the beach, easy to sink into the bed. Only complaint is that I couldn't find the attendant at the front desk after 8pm to inquire about late dining hours. Other than that, it was an incredible stay.

Staff was not very nice. They didn’t want to clean my room and change my sheets and I’ve stayed here 7 days. They told me they only do housekeeping after a14 day stay which is ridiculous. I’ve stayed in other hotels and they do housekeeping when requested. They made me bring the dirty sheets to the front desk and gave me new sheets so I can do it myself. Very unprofessional!

Wyndham is a great organization, and we will continue to use as our main resort. Unfortunately, our room was in disrepair. For example, our door would only open up a foot before getting hung up on the floor.

The property fairly clean. Not enough interaction with staff to really rate them. There was semi trucks in the parking area which created a lot of noise. The property appeared to be in the processing of renovation. There places in the room that showed incomplete repairs and poor workmanship

Many things were in disrepair. Waterleakage evident on the ceiling, the toilet paper dispenser had been replaced, but the old one, broken, was still on the wall. Water pressure weak in the shower. The place was simply in need of updating and repairing.

Room Great Common Areas Not So Much
Super nice, updated and modern room. Other stuff - lobby, functionality of external doors, cleanliness of the grounds could use some investment. I saw work being done; this is a good sign :-) Great staff professionalism and courtesy, along with a very nice clean updated room, make up for somewhat rough common areas.

The room was lovely. It was a bit noisy because the doors in the hallway closed very hard at all hours of the night. Also, it is pet friendly but there is no specific place to walk the dogs -- a little green area next to the parking lot. Lastly, I knew there would be a fee for the dog, but $35 is more than I've ever paid in other hotels.

The staff was nice but unfortunately the room we stayed in we found food and some white wet stain which was not from us. The other guest and workers there were noisy and talking extremely loud throughout the night. Needless to say we will not be staying here again.

The hotel was overall clean, I was checked in promptly when we got there around 11 pm. The beds did hurt my hips some. There was a breakfast, sausage, scrambled eggs, yogurt, breads/ muffins/ bagels and a waffle maker. They had water available in the lobby. The staff did sit in the dining area talking while we had our breakfast. No one was at the counter when we checked out around 10 am, so we just dropped our keys in the basket at the desk. Not a bad hotel, just kind of average.

The refrigerator didn't work much beyond cool. There were 1 remotes for one TV and once we got the TV figured out (no instructions posted) the picture on the TV went out the next morning. When I went to the bathroom in the middle of the night a silver fish was climbing around the tub and the shower curtain was about to fall off the wall I notice when I took a shower. However the beds were very comfortable.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Just very out dated. Room smelled stall . Should Consider removing rugs which hold smrll with fake wood like floors. Same as bathroom. Front desk staff’s appearance should be at least company smocks/jackets. Not wool caps & low cut shirts
