Check in was fine. The gentleman at the desk was polite. Once we got to the room, we immediately decided we would not be staying. The sheets were stained. There was evidence of bed bugs. The tub was stained nearly black. There was a gouge/hole in the floor. Again the front desk staff was polite when we came back 15 minutes later to check out and offered to give a us a new room, but there was no way we were staying there with the potential of bed bugs.

We were very well received! Staff awesomely careful and gentle, the hotel is very well located, near the highway and close to restaurants and fuel pump as well, I highly recommend this place for a quick stop by! And the price very reasonable!

We chose this hotel because we had a good experience with the franchise previously during our trip, and because breakfast was included. Unfortunately breakfast consisted of sour waffles and nothing else. When i went to the vending machine instead the items with dates expired almost 2 years ago.

we booked a king bed but when we check in ,they said no more king, and they said give me a suite instead. but that is a queen bad plus a dirty sofa! no garage can! first day morning out side was fixed something and very noisy. second day check out time is 11am but house keeping wake up us around 8 am. terrible!!!

We booked through Expedia and they required a $100 cash deposit. Paperwork indicates the deposit might be needed if a debit card was used. They put us on the top floor all the way in the back when all other rooms were available. I feel they did this because we went through Expedia my husband slipped in the tub because the tub decals were worn out. The toilet seat was old and marred. They advertised breakfast n they said they haven’t served breakfast in 3 years. Bathroom door wouldn’t shut. Front door was extremely hard to lock. Lobby was closed at night and they kept the sign on the door. Pool was not clean.

Hotel needs attention
We had three different rooms the first one the sink it was a constant leak. We had to wrap the hairdryer cord around it to get it to slow down. The toilet seat was held on by one bolt almost fell off of it so the next day they moved us to another room that room you couldn’t even get in the door. Somethings wrong with the lock on the door so they moved us to a third room, where the door stuck. You had to literally kick it to open it other than that the room wasn’t too bad, the bed was hard as a rock, but there’s no elevator so the stairs both hand rails were wobbly, you could not hold onto them to walk up the stairs.

The rooms were okay but the front desk man advised me at check in there was no breakfast and the pool was closed due to Georgia Covid regulations which Expedia did not have on their website which should have been updated. The man argued with my husband about extra coffee packets for the room. The cleaning lady did not change the sheets when they were dirty.

I didn’t like anything about this property. Nothing worked in the room I was given. The management was unprofessional and lazy. I had to argue with the owner for 15 mins before another room was given to me. Even in the new room it was filthy and roach infested. No A/C. No running water. There was a foul smell coming from the bathroom. And to top it all off. I didn’t stay there and couldn’t get a refund. I wasted my money… take my warning seriously. Do not stay at this hotel

Disappointed
We made the reservations online and what they said on the site and what we actually saw were 2 different things! No breakfast, pool closed, handicapped rooms are only in smoking so if you don’t want the smoke stink then you can’t have a handicapped room. The rooms are very outdated. I have seen better toilet seats in an old gas station and there was a chair as soon as you walk in that looked like it had been used for filming porn it was so badly stained. We are usually not complainers but everything kept adding up. We would not recommend this place !

Aweful, do not stay here.
I should have known that a travel lodge was going to be a dump. As we pulled up, the outside appeared dingy and warm down. The lobby was just as bad. Service was ok, with the guy that checked us in, but when I returned to ask for a towel to put under the door because there was a two inch gap, the person looked bothered. The door to the room did not close all the way and like I said before there was a two in gap that let the draft in. The curtains looked tattered and the bathroom was gross. The beds were hard and sheets dingy. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, not even people I don’t like. It’s a dump. I’m surprised Wyndham put their name on it. I will be emailing them also to let them know their hotel is a dump.
