The Backyard has a solar heated pool, outdoor couch, dining table, lounge chairs, BBQ, and Bonfire.

Master has a king bed and 55in TV & master bathroom.

2ND Bedroom has a king bed and 55in TV.

3RD Bedroom has a Twin/Full bunkbed with Twin Trundle and 55in TV.

4th Bedroom has a Queen bed and 55in TV.

2 Living Rooms with 65in TVs & a PS4.

The space:
The home is a very spacious 4 bedroom 2 bathroom with 2 living rooms (A formal living room at the entrance and a second by the kitchen area). There are 2 dinning areas and an island that sits 4-5 people. The kitchen is an open concept with the living room and has a rustic style with open wood shelving so that it is easy to see where everything is. The backyard has an eating area, couch area, 2 tanning loungers all inclosed with the pool. Outside the screen there is a bonfire area with a bbq.

Guest access: All areas except garage

Devices on property:
- 5 CAMERAS ON PROPERTY. 1 camera facing front door entrance, 1 camera facing driveway/street, 1 camera facing yard/deck/bonfire, 1 camera facing ENTIRE pool are, 1 camera facing side of home where pool pumps are.
ALL Cameras will be turned on/recording for the entirety of the reservation/stay.

- 2 Noise Detectors: One is located in the living room and the other in the patio/backyard area. The noise detectors, called NoiseAware, primary function is to monitor excessive noise levels. We want to emphasize that these devices DO NOT record sound, but rather they measure decibel levels to maintain a harmonious relationship between our guests, our neighbors, and Vrbo. These devices are entirely privacy-compliant and have the capacity to intelligently gauge crowd noise and sustained loud music.
