This guest paid for and booked the least expensive room with a shared bath, which was clearly stated on his reservation confirmation, hence the reason for sharing the bath. On arrival they never indicated that they had an issue with same.

Thank you so much for choosing our property, we are always glad to be of service.

This couple called in the middle of the night reporting that the key was lost, when I got there I was in the middle of a domestic dispute, they were arguing with each other about who caused the key to be lost. I opened the door to let them in at which point the key was discovered inside because of their carelessness. At this point the female responded that I told you and the arguing continued. In fact they were making so much noise arguing that it disturbed the guest next door who had to get up in the middle of the night to knock on their door asking them not to be so loud. There is a standard charge of two hundred dollars when a set of room keys are lost by guest through their carelessness. These guests acted loudly late at night without consideration for the other guests on the property.

Thank you for your comments same has already been rectified. Some guests would leave the doors opened, we have since installed automatic door closers with locks that lock automatically once the door is closed.

There is clearly a problem here because Woodbrook on the Avenue, has never collected any money or been paid one single cent related to this guest. It is being addressed between Expedia.com and Hotels.com.
