We are sorry to hear of the issues you encountered. We take feedback seriously so we can improve service. We have done an exhaustive search and could not locate anything stating we offer a microwave on our site or any of our partner sites as we want to ensure accuracy for our guests. Our staff is always willing to reheat things in our restaurant kitchen if needed and our Front desk is staffed 24 hours. We welcome the opportunity to discuss in further detail.

Greetings Lukas, I'm happy that overall your stay went well. I apologize about the window shade and have had our engineering team repair it. I agree the parking, especially on the weekends, can be troublesome. We do our best to advise on the best parking spots so our guests can enjoy their stay as soon as possible. As always, we appreciate the time you took to share your experience.
