„Room was a one bedroom apartment. Bring utensils cookware etc. Located across from Walmart, Dollar Tree, HEB stores so any items you might need can be purchased there. Was about 10 to 15 minutes to SPI.
Only con I had was it needs blackout curtains as it is very bright at night inside the room unless you hang a small blanket something like that.
Very inexpensive however and you do save a lot of money cooking and eating in the room.“

„The whole set up of the house was perfect. We had a blast. The pool and recreational area was definitely a bonus, and the golf cart was great to get around on, on the village. Neighbors were nice and it was a quiet atmosphere. We caught lots of fish and plan on booking again next year.Thank you“

„We had a very comfortable stay. Very Clean, and modern, unit well maintained. The unit was exactly as shown and listed. Communication with the hosts were in a timely manner and took care of pool heater and any other requests. Location was very close to anywhere we wanted to go and just a few blocks to the bridge to Padre Island. WE recommend this place. “
