クアラルンプールからも近いビーチスポット
部屋やホテル全体として割と痛んでいる所が多く、シャワーのお湯があまり出ないといったことがあった。 チェックインの際も予約しているはずが、ホテル側で中々確認できず、かなり時間を要した。 なお、対応に当たってのスタッフ全般の動きとしては、とても誠意が感じられるものがあり、親切であった。 また、海側の部屋からはほぼオーシャンフロントと言える位に眺めが良く、クアラルンプールから比較的近いロケーションなのもポイントが高い。

Bed bugs for entire family of four :(
Pros: Hotel staffs are friendly, food was good. Cons: Hotel’s design and furnitures are old and due (or perhaps overdue) for renovation. The entire family of 4 people left the hotel with rashes all over our hands and legs, believed to be bitten bu bed bugs. Yes, all four of us. That would be my first and last stay at the hotel.

View is very nice,the room is quite dark because it only used yellow light(not really suitable for family).i suggest the hotel should make it 2 different lights.The room is no carpet and it's really dirty when i checked in,our feet become dark. remote control for television and aircond also did'nt work..i call receptionist to complain about it and they give excuse because it raining but when i see outside,it's not heavy raining.i tried to complain it 3 times..then the housekeeping came and replace it with the new one,all the coverage is just fine.it tooks about 2 hour for them to replace it...they should double check all the equipment before cust checked in. The toilet sink also clogged and shower head broken...ROOM 719.

Oh my goodness this is a run down property and no one should stay there. The picture and what we got is so different. Expedia should be shame for allowing this to happen. The food oh my gosh horrible and breakfast, we had to compete with flies and pigeon poo 💩. I will never recomand anyone to stay there 😖

Average
We stayed for one nite , 1 superior room , 2 queen size beds. Quite comfortable although beds are old. Room is quite clean but we can see few insects in our room. Aircond not cold. 4 of us stayed in a room but they provided only 2 towels. We called room service 3 times & no answer. Check-in / Check-out services are good , all staffs are friendly & helpful. Our room price inclusive of free bfast at the Dickson Restaurant and we love the varieties of food there especially the nasi lemak, tasted very good.

The room definitely needs to be refurbished. Old furnitures and toilet stained. Sand on the bed and very poor lighting. Requested for extra lamp and towels but never came in. Breakfast was expensive for a not much varieties. The plus point is that the front desk staff was very helpful and kind, Ms Kirtika and also the manager in charged.

The towels were having stains. furnitures need to be updated. They were quite old . pillows were not fluffy. Called housekeeping so many times but no one answered. Place to hang wet clothes was too small. One thing that I like the most was the breakfast buffet. Quite tasty.

My stay in Corus Paradise Resort Port Dickson
The room rate is over price. Overall condition of the building a bit old, and minor damage here and there. Just at the time entering the room, TV channel is blur and unable to watch any programs. According to duty manager the booster is malfunction. Building lift a bit slow and rundown. Breakfast compliment not that overwhelmed and too many foods that are not pricey. Hotel parking areas not enough to sustain if occupancy is full. Other occupants is giving some noise and is not sound prove during the stay. Hope these can be improved.

The room look old but its clean. Our room supposed to be double bed size, but actually two single bed put together. Aircond remote control not working, i have to use chair to switch it off. Burn stain on iron plate, i spoiled my top because of this.

The hotel is generally ok but furnitures and furnishing in rooms probably need to be replace or upgraded because some are old and seems dated.

Bilik ok tp tahap kebersihan tidak memuaskan, pintu shower tak boleh tutup & tercabut dr tmptnya. Lift sgt lambat bergerak. Air swimming pool agak kotor. Sajian sarapan pagi yg biasa2 saje, kuah dhal utk roti canai terlampau masin. Byk tempat parkir kereta. Menjelang senja & subuh... kedengaran bunyi perabot dialih2kan, bising mengganggu tetamu yg sedang berehat. Seram pun ada jgk... huhuhu.
