The pool heater can be activated upon request for $20 per day (9:00 AM to 9:00 PM) to maintain 80ºF–85ºF. (Rates are negotiable for stays of 10 days or longer! Please let us know in advance).

We love pets! A pet fee of $100 per pet/per stay applies for extra cleaning. (Per ADA guidelines, no fees apply to certified service animals).

✦Early Check-In / Late Check-Out:
Subject to availability, early arrivals or late departures can be arranged for $20 per hour before or after standard times (must be pre-approved by the host).
