The property itself was good and close to the beach. This is not your typical resort (a motel at best) NOT ALL INCLUSIVE. NO (food, snacks, or beverages) are assigned to your room. Rates are really screwed up. PLEASE REMOVE YOUR ALL INCLUSIVE FROM THE RATES OR ARE YOU A SCAMMER?

The staff was very nice. They were getting ready for spring break and were draining the pool. Pump was kinda pound and run late in the night. The room was clean and shower worked well. The only disappointment was the the television had no signal. I hope they got everything fixed for the spring break crowd.

For the price it was excellent over all . We didn’t use the pool but it looked very clean . If your looking to dine you must try G’s Molcajete great food and service.

This place has been in desperate need of an update and the new owners have done just that. The rooms are updated and clean. It’s a great affordable option so close to the beach. The owners are really friendly.

Room was clean and roomy, cute retro fridge. Great value for the cost. Only negatives are there were two of us and they only gave us one little towel and the pillows were very flat and sad looking, but spent a few dollars at Dollar General and got a nice fluffy towel, and nice pillows. Loved the fan attached to wall. Nothing fancy, but a comfortable bed, desk. Two chairs and nice shower.

Overall we were very pleased with our stay. The room was clean. The bed was pretty comfortable and the only complaint we had is the bed spread looked like it was from the 80’s. Check in was quick and the front desk lady was very polite. Will definitely book here again.

The room was clean and quiet and the bed was comfortable. However, the scent of Fabuloso cleaner was so intense, it permeated into my clothes and had me coughing a lot of the night. There was no toilet paper roll holder or hand soap. Although the property was supposedly completely renovated, you can see that wall damage was painted over. There are few choices to stay in Crystal Beach, so glad they were there, but the room was not worth the money I paid for a night.

Older Hotel but Clean!
Hotel is pretty cute on the outside. Rooms are VERY dated, but also very clean and reasonably priced. Bed was comfortable. Was too cold for the pool. Only complaint is how DARK the room was, a particular pet peeve of mine. Literally one lightbulb in the bedroom area and no lamps.

This is a Motel from hell!
Came to the island for a wedding and when we walked into the room we thought it would be okay. Even though the large black trash bag out front of our room(which stayed there all weekend) should have rang a bell it was nothing fancy at all! Changed and left, came back that evening to find that our sheets had what looked like blood (not food) stains on them. My husband pulled the top comforter back to remove the sheets and the comforter as well had blood stains underneath it as well as the pilow cases. There was also dried noodles on the fitted sheet. There are no phones in the rooms and as late as it was no way to contact management. No remote for the tv and buttons did not work on the tv. Woke up to shower and there was no hot water and we were only given 2 of the smallest towels to share for 2 days. So after a cold shower went to blow dry hair and plugs did not work. I spoke with Management and they apologized of course and moved our rooms. This room was a little bigger and cleaner however plug ins in bathroom sink area didnt work again still no hot water even colder water with less water pressure. No coffee pots, no phones, no amenities what so ever! Terrible experience and would not recommend staying here to anyone.

We just want to mention that our management team inspected the room you stayed in before and after your check in and we did not find any of the issues you mentioned. The room was perfectly clean and tv remote was also present. We also want to mention that after you brought this issue to our front desk staff we checked the room again and even after everything was perfectly fine in the room you booked, we still upgraded you to our premium room without any additional charges. As per our understanding you were happy with your stay and upgrade therefore you rated us 5 stars on google. Our property is under new management and we sure take cleanliness and customer satisfaction very seriously. We always go above and beyond to satisfy our guests. Thank you.

We love the updated rooms , quietness and so convenient. Everything we needed was right there. Will be back come February.
