We could not get the plugs by the bed to work. The phone didn’t work either. An employee tried to help, but nothing worked. We ran out of coffee and requested more. We waited until around 8 pm, and then we wrnt downstairs to get some. The pillows were hard. Everything else was great.

Decent but noisy
When we first arrived, the hotel was very well lit outside and was very inviting. The front desk staff was accommodating when I asked to switch to a different room on higher floor. Once in room, the bed has a huge crater in the middle, the extremely bright lights from outside flood the room even when darkening shades closed. The a/c unit sounds like a massive machine and woke me every time it came on. The walls appear thin because I could hear the neighbors TV all night as well as floor above neighbor when he walked. I wouldn’t stay here again. Barely slept.

The property was clean and modern. We had a fridge, microwave, sink, plates etc which was great and a working AC. There was also free breakfast, free parking and only a $20 incidental hold. There was a stain on our carpet though, not many onsite facilities and nobody offered to help with luggage but asides that, pretty great.

We were so happy to stay at this hotel. We are on a very long road trip and were only here for one night. We were sorry not to have scheduled alonger stay. The only negative thing I have to say is that we were awakened by someone mowing the grass before 8 am! We did not ask for a wake-up call!

A little disappointed!
New staff that promised a call back stating they had rooms available. We had a suite booked and wanted a second room. Stated maids were finishing up cleaning them and asked if she could call me in my room in 15 minutes. One hour later I walked down and spoke to a new person at the front desk who informed me there were no more rooms now. Nit a huge deal so rented a king bed room. Room 136 never gets darker than an average room at 9:00am in the morning. Has massive LED light right outside that floods every space light can enter the room. Impossible to get a sound nights sleep between the light and highway noise all night. Shower water pressure amazing but bathroom has no exhaust. It’s like a steam room when you come out of the shower. Hot water out of the Fossett is lukewarm and very low pressure. Breakfast itself was outstanding!
