This gorgeous "Oceanfront Estate" is located just steps from the beach. Newly remodeled! The home is spacious, with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and beautiful ocean views. Enjoy beautiful sunsets over the Atlantic Ocean from the balcony with friends or family. This is luxury at its finest!!
The Space:
Enjoy a secluded beachfront home centrally located to everything South Ponte Vedra has to offer. This home away from home boasts 4 beautiful bedrooms with a stylish design. There is the perfect balance of comfort and style in all the spaces in this home. Your stay will be met with a the highest level of cleanliness for you to enjoy your stay in Jacksonville. Also great for events! The outdoor area includes a second-story deck to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail.

Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out.
1 hr or less early arrival or late departure: $50
1-2 hr early arrival/late departure: $100
2-3 hr early arrival/late departure: $200
These fees are primarily in place to highly discourage late checkouts/early arrivals since this causes our cleaning service undue stress to prep the unit prior to your or the next set of guests’ arrival. This also increases the need for them to rush/cut corners, increasing the likelihood of them not cleaning the unit to the high standard to which we hold them to.
This is our rental agreement that you accept upon reserving:
● No shoes inside the home.
● No eating or drinking in the bedrooms (closed water bottles are an exception). Additional cleaning fees to remove food/drink stains will apply.
● No smoking on the property. Cigarette butts must be disposed of in the ashtray provided on the front
patio. An additional fee to remove stains/odors from cigarettes will apply.
● Pick up all trash before departing. Place all garbage in an outside trash can.
● Report any damages and/or breakages within 24 hours of occurrence. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported to Airbnb.
● Please wash all dishes. If the dishwasher was used, please run and unload the dishwasher prior to
departure.
● Do not open the windows. This is due to the extra security measures we have installed.
●If there is a W/D available then the Washer/dryer is available for 1+ week stays ONLY. Do not overload the washer/dryer. Do not wash sandy beach items or towels in the units. Empty the dryer lint trap after EVERY USE.
Additional fees will apply if units are damaged due to improper use.
● The storage room is to remain closed at all times.
● Consumables such as condiments or snacks may be left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests’
discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility
for the consumables.
● Please do not rearrange the furniture.
● If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in additional cleaning or
maintenance required, guests will be responsible for additional cleaning charges. In the unfortunate
event that neighbors are disturbed, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY
IMMEDIATELY.
● NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITY OR GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

We charge a pet fee of $75 per stay for two pets maximum. This increases to $150 / week and $200 / month for longer term guests. Please submit a special offer with this additional fee included through the platform when you book the unit for more than 7 nights.
*If you neglect to inform us ahead of time that you are bringing a pet with you than we reserve the right to either TERMINATE your stay early or charge an additional $100 on top of the original pet fee.
The following additional charges apply to late check outs/early arrivals, assuming we can offer this at all (we often can’t so please never assume this will be allowed):

● No garage access. For liability reasons, per our insurance we must keep the garage doors closed. Why you may ask? In the past year we have had garage doors ran into, hit by trucks, fall off the tracks, and even our garage door motor knocked off the ceiling by a vehicle. Each time is generally a $1500+ fix.
● You must be 21 years of age or older to book a reservation, and an individual who is 21 years of age or older must be present throughout the duration of the reservation.

Great place to stay. We had the beach to ourselves. The house was beautiful, clean and located close to many great restaurants. Beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas provided if you need them. Open floor plan with amazing views. Beach is just steps outside the door. Book this home! You will not be disappointed!

Location, location, location
If you are an ocean lover and sunrise lover, this is the spot for you! Near empty beach for miles in either direction. Thousands of shells too! House needs some TLC for sure but the beds are comfortable and the view spectacular!

Beautiful property. Very very private beach location which is beautiful. Downside no cell phone service which between all my family we covered all the providers must use their Wi-Fi which they do provide. Most bedrooms have no dresser drawers to store your clothes. No dishwasher and only 1 tv in main room downstairs. If you want to unplug and relax this is the location to do so. Hosts were awesome and very responsive to all our needs. Again beautiful property and location. Very quiet and turtle nests everywhere. Would love to be there when they hatch!

Private Private Private
First off, this is the most private beach house we’ve ever stayed at. Majority of the time, it was just my daughter, my his husband, my dog, and myself with people off in the distance. Wonder beaches full of seashells and very dog friendly! Only 5 steps from the driveway and you’ll have sand at your feet. Love the large patio/driveaway, which was great for playing and having even more privacy. Now for the negatives:
1- if your not going to have a dishwasher please provide guests with a drying rack
2- the lack of outlets is difficult especially when the vacuum provided doesn’t have a long enough cord.
3- if any maintenance or yard work is being done while guests are at the property, please inform them, especially if weed killer is being sprayed around the yard while they have pets
4- the water pressure is horrible. The worst I’ve experienced at any rental.
5- the stairs leading to the beach need some desperate TLC, we noticed a few damaged stairs as well as a handrail that had fallen.
Otherwise, we loved our stay at this home and the area is fabulous if your looking for a private beach experience.

Family Vacation - AWESOME property
Family vacation, visiting longtime friends who moved to the area, and celebrating a 40th Birthday. 4 adults and 5 kids under the age of 7 can be a tough task, but this property helped it be an AMAZING trip! The location is 10 STARS! Oceanfront, GORGEOUS beach that is clean, full of shells, beautiful sand, and as private as it gets! The fenced in property made it much easier to relax and let the kids play and run around on the massive patio and driveway space to burn some energy. The interior is a wonderful renovation of an older home that is VERY open, modern, clean, and conducive to a family/large group stay. Comfy beds and furniture, amazing views from inside and out, and spectacular bathroom renovations! All of the amenities you could need on a beach vacation trip! Definitely will be back!
The property owners/managers Andrew and Melody were extremely responsive and met all of our needs.
Only suggestions/things we needed for future consideration:
-Toaster/toaster oven
-Folding “beach chairs” for down on the sand
-More electrical outlets/extensions if possible
-Pack n Play/infant sleeping option. We had our friends bring one, but nice to have or info on local rentals if available?

Fabulous location
This was a last minute get away and we couldn’t have asked for a better place! The home was beautiful, very very clean! Had everything that they said it did and few things more which was wonderful! Beds were very comfy!! Now the location…WOW!! We had our own little area of the beach right out the back door and that was fantastic!! We didn’t have to worry about crowds or parking just walked right out door & there it was!! The host were so easy to work with! They got us all our info and were available with any questions if we had them! Definitely looking forward to booking another vacation at this home!
