„Alles sehr gut“

„Definitely great service the food and the breakfast was amazing. The pool was nice and comfortable. Move service came, especially on time and if I had a problem, I could talk to the front desk manager who was a polite and delightful person to meet and understand and talk to snack snacks and microwave was good. Tea was good. Everything about my experience was amazing.“

„Hotel close the airport. Upon arrival, the bedshheets appeared to be used and the pilllow showed hairs and blood stains. We got finallly another room, They did not change the dirty pillow in the first room. They flipped it over. “

„Frühstück war gut. Parken kostenlos.“

„Pretty loud trains honking passing by until late into the night ...“

„Most of my 4 night stay was great. The best parts: Covered, safe parking, hot water immediately when I turned on the bathroom sink (opn the 6th floor), quiet halls, hot breakfast with many options, friendly desk clerks (thanks Sam!). If I want to be nitpickey I would mention that my plastic wrapped soap was impossible to open and both times I needed glasses or scissors to get the soap out! Crazy. When you are showering that is not a good thing....anyway, certainly not the end of the world but ...

„The picture of the room on the website was not the room we stayed in. It was much different and a disappointment as we could not even use the pool, because it was filthy, including a layer of bugs on the top. If you like horror movies, you would have loved this as when we stepped off the elevator we had to use our phone flashlight to make our way to our room. The 2nd night (Halloween) it was like the shining, as they lit the hallway with tiny fake votive lights and stick them on the wall. ...

„I almost rated this an 11 but then I went down to breakfast.. what a huge disappointment.. if you are in to carb loading, well then I are at the right place No eggs (fake or real) No Oatmeal at all. Stale looking bagels, Individual wrapped muffins, that tasted freezer burned. Waffle maker Individual cereal boxes, very little assortment of choices No fruit at all Do better!! No yogurt at all“
