So Very Close To The Beach!
We enjoyed our stay immensely! The condo is located in a quiet community-the consistent sound you will hear is the ocean surf!! Within minutes you are on the beach (beach chairs in condo), and there are many restaurants within walking/biking distance. Book this condo, and relax and enjoy the oceanfront view!

It was perfect!
I can't say enough good things about this condo amd the location. I spent a week with my family. The condo was fully stocked and clean. I dont like to be in the busy part of town when i come to the beach and this was perfect. Everything we needed to go to was only a short drive away.

This place is perfect!
There is nothing that could have made it better. The view of the beach from the living room is spectacular. Even when the storms kept us inside, I did not feel like I missed out because we could sit there and still see the ocean. It has everything we could possibly need. The host is amazing...best I've ever had.

Amazing views
Condo was very clean, nicely appointed and had great views. Kitchen was fully stocked with all items we needed. The wifi was fast and dependable. The keyless entry system was superior to using a key. The condo had an assortment of boogie boards for use.

AWESOME
Location was perfect for doing other things. Local restaurants were great. Beach and accessibility were vert convenient. Big enough for our family of six with 4 teens. Oldest slept on coach because she is hard to share a bed with. Clean! Lots of extras like beach chair and umbrella, small cooler, and canopy. Restaurant next store was a nice place to have a drink, eat, and my daughters played volleyball. Spent time in Daytona, went to Harry Potter world two days and ate a new and wonderful place each night. Thinking about reserving again next year. Universal Parks cost more for two days than renting this place for 10 days.

Perfect Get Away
Sandy was the perfect condo owner. Her condo was clean and had everything our family needed for the trip. The beach was beautiful and not crowded, and the pool was so much fun and had plenty of space. Sandy had a welcome packet with all the information we needed and touched base with us during the week. Absolutely the best experience during stay!
Lived in Florida all my life...stayed in dozens of different condos on beach, but this stay was by far the very best. It was clean, conveniently located on 1st floor, had all the amenities needed for a beach stay. We made wonderful memories and look forward to next time.

Ocean waves
Sandy’s condo is exactly as it is described and pictured. It was perfect for our month long stay. It is well equipped with everything from kitchen to bath to beach. The furniture is clean and comfy and the beds and bedding are fresh, warm and cozy. The beach is right outside the front porch. Ponce Inlet is a very quiet and relaxed community. It’s hard to leave the beach but there’s plenty of sight seeing in the area too. We brought our bikes and enjoyed biking on and off the beach. Sandy is a fantastic host. While we were there she made sure that everything was in perfect working condition and that we had everything we needed to be comfortable. We would love to return. Thanks for hosting such a great place.

An oasis
Clean and beautiful property in the cutest neighborhood ever! Great restaurants, great heated pool, clean and not crowded beach. We stayed for 2 weeks to get away from the snow, working and schooling remote. Couldn’t have asked for a better place!

Great spot for remote work/vacation getaway
We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 weeks at this condo! It was spotlessly clean when we arrived and Sandy has thought of just about anything you need. She was very prompt in responding to our inquiries and the whole process was seamless from start to finish. The pictures online are very accurate and the condo is nicely decorated with a clean coastal feel. We had to work during our time there, unfortunately :-( but managed to take a day or two off. There are many places in the area that are easily doable as a day trip. We went to St. Augustine and enjoyed a day touring around. I also had a lovely massage (bday treat from my boyfriend) at the Hammock Beach Golf Resort and Spa - definitely recommended! We took many lunchtime walks on the beach which is perfect for longs walks or bike rides. Overall, we just enjoyed the simplicity of hearing the waves crashing outside our window, even if it was while we were working. The wifi was amazing - 2 of us logged in and working remote with no issues for the two weeks we were there. We will definitely consider returning to this condo or one of Sandy's other ones in the future!

COVID Getaway June 2020
We had this property booked for early spring this year and due to COVID was unable to spend our Spring Break. However, we worked with Sandy during this time and we ended up being able to arrange a short getaway at the end of June. We had an amazing time. The condo had everything we needed. Ice maker was a plus for us. We enjoyed watching a couple thunderstorms outside on the porch. Having a bottom floor condo was a first for us. I was a little hesitant but was pleasantly surprised. Unloading and loading our items was made easier. We did not have to wait for elevators. Definitely a plus. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We've been vacationing in Florida during spring break for the past eight years and honestly Sandy has been the best property manager we've worked with. I really appreciated her flexibility as we were all going through the COVID fiasco. Don't hesitate to rent. You will NOT be disappointed!

Great place to enjoy Ponce Inlet!
This was our fourth or fifth stay in this property. It is consistently awesome. The location is great, the owner communicates very well, and the condo is very very nice. We thoroughly enjoy the beach, the nearby restaurants, and we enjoy the property itself. If you like the pool better than the beach, the pool is nice too! Highly recommend a stay at this property.

All Girls Vacation 8
Sandy's condo is the best! The new renovations, which we were looking forward to, are great. The new kitchen area and all the new furnishings made such a nice place prettier. We had dinner one evening at "Down the Hatch" which is located near the lighthouse. It is always good there and the lighthouse was fun to see again. Hurricane Dorian left us with beautiful weather. Not a drop of rain our entire stay and the beach was more beautiful than we could have ask for. The pool area is always nice and everything is always so clean. Entrance to the condo building is very secure as is parking. We wouldn't go anywhere else! Looking forward to our All Girls Vacation 9! Thanks Sandy for everything!

The view from inside the condo is wonderful, saw dolphons while having breakfast. Clean beach, no seaweed or trash. Quiet area. The North Turn rest/bar next door, good food, entertainment and closes by 10pm. Wheelchair accessable condo. Nice clean pool. The 10th time for us staying there. Our stay was Augest 2019. Great week at the beach!
I love staying at East Wind 1040S! It is a great condo in a great location. The beach is awesome. The unit is on the ground floor which makes it very convenient to access. It is immediately next door to the North Turn restaurant, a very cool beach bar and grill. It is NOT in the super-touristy section of Daytona Beach, which makes is quiet and relaxing, but it is close enough that you can take a quick ride up to the touristy section to partake in that also. The owner communicates very well so that you are aware of everything you need to know before arriving; she is great. Overall, I highly recommend staying here if you are planning a beach trip!

A Beautiful Cond with a perfect location!
We were pleasantly surprised when we walked in and saw that the entire condo had a significant remodel. All new furniture throughout on a coordinated color pallet. Expanded views from the kitchen and improved privacy in the master bath. The location for this condo was always wonderful and enjoyable. The kitchen has now been renovated with all new appliances as well as new everything. The beach is right outside the door, with a great walking beach. All Girls Vacation 7
Again thanks to Sandy for sharing her beach home with us. We could not have had better weather (no rain, at all)! We never left the condo area. Awesome once again!
This was our third time staying in this condo and already have it booked for next year. I can’t imagine a better located condo in the area. First floor ocean front condo on a beach that is never crowded. One of our favorite things is having the North Turn steps away. It’s like having our own personal beach bar! We have no complaints. Great way to make memories
We totally enjoyed the time we spent at this condo. The ocean view ,heated pool, riding bikes to crabby joes for breakfast,or just sitting on the beach in the sun made a great and relaxing time. Everything we needed was provided ,we cooked in many times and walked across the parking lot to north turn restaurant when we were ready for a night out.Will we be back? Oh ya!!

This condo has it all. It is quiet, comfortable and very relaxing. This was our second visit and its was nice if not better than the first time. Very centrally located. Beach is beautiful, excellent for long walks. Sandy is very accommodating and helpful. If you are looking for a restful vacation spot this is it.

Great location, mediocre accommodation
You simply cannot beat the view from this condo, or the proximity from the beach. I watched dolphins and pelicans playing in the ocean each morning from my patio. I thoroughly enjoyed the beach bikes that came with the unit. The unit was also a good size - with two very spacious bedrooms. The bathrooms had also been upgraded, although the master ensuite did not have a door, therefore privacy was an issue. My major concerns were the condition of the furnishings, the cramped kitchen (but it was functional), and the unit was not as clean as I would have liked upon arrival. I also had some problems with wifi connectivity during my stay. Sandy Hampton did a good job of responding to my concerns.

A wonerful place!
We have rented this property for three years. It is a very mlikenonble condo. The ocean is spectacular with a no drive beach. The deck at the pool is great for non swimmers and nonswimmers alike. A great place to vacation.

Love staying in this condo!
Love the ground floor unit. Love being right next door to The North Turn. Condo well maintained and stocked. Sandy thinks of everything, I mean who thinks of having a crock pot?! Very convenient to put dinner in, and have it ready after a day on the beautuful beach. Great idea! Nice TV's, comfy and cozy. We will be back to your condo, Sandy!!

Great view, convient location.
We had a wonderful 2 week stay. The best part was obviously the view on the Atlantic and the walks on Daytona beach. It certainly was convenient for a meal with the North Turn Restaurant next door. We had all the amenities we needed in the condo. When we did have some minor issues or questions, Sandy responded immediately. Looking forward to next year.

Thanks Tom for the critique and bringing to my attention the items the maintenance will take care of and deep cleaning items. The North Turn restaurant is a great place and the convenience of walking across the parking lot can't be beat. I love that this part of Ponce Inlet is drive free and only a few people on beach anytime of the year. Look forward to your visit next year.
