„Wir hatten einen längeren Aufenthalt 10 Tage. Zwischendurch hat es mit der Reinigung nur bedingt geklappt. Leider waren wir in diesem Fall nicht zu 100% Zufrieden. Für uns war morgens und abends kein Manager zusprechen bzw. vor Ort. Wir hätten uns auch über schriftliche Mitteilung des Managements gefreut es gab jedoch keine Reaktion. Schade Hampton Inn steht sonst für Perfektion.“

„Walked into the room and there was a foul odor. We reported it to the desk and they quickly moved us to a different room and helped us with the move. After that it was a very pleasant stay.“

„I was told the hotel property was non-smoking, but there was someone smoking right outside the entrance to the hotel.“

„The hotel itself was great; it was very clean, and there was always an attendant at the front desk if you had any questions. The only issue I had was that room service never came to replace used towels or tidy up the room. Also, the shower has a gap that allows water to flow onto the floor, creating a slipping hazard.“

„Hotel was great, I did not receive service in the room at any time during the stay, I had ti ask the desk clerk to refill the body wash in the shower.“

„Zimmer modern. Lage direkt am Interstate.Innenstadt von Louisville gut 20km entfernt. Der Pool ist ein Witz. Frühstück ganz gut bei gemütlichen Ambiente am Kamin. Würde es wieder buchen“

„Bedbugs were found in the room. I have pictures and videos of them after being accused of bringing them. There are bedbug carcasses in the bed frame. I have never been more disrespected by a hotel chain in my life. Do not stay here! They will not accommodate anything!!“

„Our stay was wonderful, newly remodeled very clean. Shower was fantastic as it had handicapped rails to help get in and out. Bed was very comfortable. Continental breakfast and the coffee was very good. Staff was very friendly.“

„The only thing positive was the very polite and helpful staff. The hotel is currently under renovation and has a distinct chemical smell to it. There was mold in the bathroom and the carpet felt damp. The pool was murky and something that looked like vomit was on the floor next to the seating area. No towels in sight. I could go on but will just sum it up by saying it was disgusting. Also be prepared to give a $100 cash deposit and be told if you lose the receipt you forfeit the deposit?? I ...

„Das Zimmer war groß, das Bett bequem, es gab Kühlschrank Mikrowelle und Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer, so dass ich mich auch selbst verpflegen konnte. Bügeleisen/Brett war vorhanden, Fön natürlich auch. Die Dusche war schön groß ( keine Badewanne- sie hat mir auch nicht gefehlt ) Das Frühstück ist umfangreicher als sonst in Motels. Ich hab mich 2 Wochen dort wohl gefühlt.“
