Our vacation home is perfect for a family getaway, offering plenty of space for fun and relaxation. Located in gated Arrowhead Lake community, this updated and spacious home offers easy access to outdoor recreation and community amenities.
You'll be just a short 5-minute walk from Choctaw Pool (seasonal)
Located close to Kalahari and Skiing at Camelback, Jack Frost, Big Boulder

The vacation home is equipped with 3 bedrooms, a flat screen 70" TV with complimentary Netflix and a fully equipped kitchen that provides guests with a dishwasher, a microwave, a washer/dryer, a fridge and an oven. 2 bathrooms, one with Jacuzzi.
1st floor: Bedroom with Queen size bed, living room with 70" TV (Netflix) and fireplace, dining area, kitchen, bathroom, sunroom.
2nd floor: One bedroom with King size bed, another bedroom with Queen size and Bunk bed for kids (twin), bathroom with Jacuzzi, workstation for laptop.

The kitchen is equipped with essentials like salt, pepper, and cooking oil, along with pots, pans, skillets, plates, mugs, drinkware, and silverware. You'll also find an array of kitchen utensils for your convenience.
Additionally, we supply starter rolls of toilet paper and paper towels, as well as complimentary hand soap, shampoo, and body wash for your use.

Keep in mind, our community location is somewhat remote, which is perfect for those who want to stay away from city and highway.

We provide enough essential items to cover stays of about 2-3 nights. If you need more supplies during your stay, you can visit one of the following nearby stores: Ahart, CVS, Weis, Walmart, ALDI.

**COMMUNITY FEES** (mandatory, not included in booking price):
Arrowhead Lake Community Fees (to be paid separately online 1+ days prior to arrival):
1) Temporary membership:
a) IN SEASON (May 24 to Sept 2): $8.50 per person, per day. or $42.50 per
person, per week.
b) OFF SEASON (Sept 3 to May 23): $2 per person, per day.
c) Children under 6 are free
2) Gate Card: $20 per vehicle, per stay
3) Administration: $20 one time, per stay (Non-refundable)
4) Late fee (for bookings and registrations submitted within 3 days of arrival date): $100

NOTE: All fees must be paid at least 3+ days prior to arrival to avoid late fee. Community does not accept registrations/payments/changes/additions less than 1 day prior to arrival.

**Fees are imposed by the community association; we are unable to waive or discount them.

We will collect following info to be submitted to community with payment: number of guests and kids, names of every driver, full car info and guest names.

Temporary Membership grants access to all community facilities and events, as well as access to pools, lakes, beaches, playgrounds, basketball and tennis courts, to Community Lodge with 3 fireplaces, library, fitness room (gym), game rooms and banquet hall.
Note: Pools are open starting Memorial Day weekend, until Labor Day.
TEMPORARY MEMBERSHIP FEE IS REQUIRED WHETHER AMENITIES/FACILITIES ARE OPEN/USED OR NOT.
Community amenities are owned and operated by Arrowhead Lake Community Association. Some amenities are seasonal (pools, beaches, rental shack etc) or maybe closed due to staffing, weather, maintenance or other reasons out of our control. Please double check with us on status of specific amenity.

**TRASH RULES**:
To avoid attracting wild animals and rodents, all trash must be removed from the house upon departure. The Trash Center is located within the same community, and you can find the address in the Guidebook provided in the house.
