The kitchen includes cooking essentials, dishes, cookware, a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster and dining table. A BBQ grill, grilling utensils, outdoor furniture and an outdoor dining area make family cookouts easy.

Guests also have beach essentials available for warm-weather adventures.

Guests have private access to the entire home, outdoor spaces, private hot tub, fire pit, driveway and listed amenities.

The home is located within the private, gated Arrowhead Lake Community. Registered guests may enjoy access to community amenities according to seasonal schedules and current community rules, including:

Hot tub usage is a separate charge. Please note If the water temperature is too hot allow the tub to cool down before use. Remove the cover until tub cools down and you hear jets start running again. If you plan on using the hot tub, you can do this an hour or so in advance.
