Guests can enjoy access to lakes, beaches, pools, playgrounds, and scenic walking trails, all while being surrounded by the beauty of nature. Whether you're planning a cozy weekend escape, a family vacation, or a group getaway, you’ll be just a short drive from top Pocono attractions including skiing at Camelback, indoor waterparks like Kalahari, hiking trails, golf courses, shopping, and local dining. It’s the perfect balance of secluded mountain retreat and convenient access to everything the Poconos has to offer.



Getting Around:

A car is required to get around the area. Ride-share services are limited, especially during peak seasons. Parking is provided onsite.

PLEASE READ before booking: We require some information that is needed by the Home Owners Association and must be submitted 4 days prior to your arrival. Failure to provide this information will be penalized by HOA for $250.00 as a late fee. Please send an inquiry for more details.



HOA fees applicable for the following:

Fixed Rental Fee- $35

Missing Wristbands Penalty - $25.00 per piece

Fishing- $10 fish restocking fee per angler (PA Fishing License Required)

-Failure to submit your HOA registration on time may result to HOA fines ranging around $250.00 to $500.00 on top of the late fee.

This will take effect if HOA send us a violation notice with the fines.
