Make lasting memories at our lakefront private retreat on Arrowhead Lake! The home can accommodate up to 12 guests and is perfect for large groups or 2-3 families who want to relax or enjoy the many year-round outdoor activities that the Poconos has to offer. Whether you plan to spend your day fishing or boating off the private dock, hanging at one of the beaches or pools in the community, riding bikes, going on a nature hike, or skiing/boarding at nearby ski resorts, you will not be disappointed.

Located in the heart of the Pocono Mountains in PA, Arrowhead Lake is less than 2 hour drive from Philadelphia and New York. There are 2 lakes in the community - 220 acres and 90 acres. The lakes are stocked with fish and are swim-friendly. Our home is located on the north shore of the larger lake and has over 100 feet of coastline on a private lot. Additional community amenities include a three pools, guarded beaches, playgrounds, and clubhouse with pool tables and gym.

Guests must agree to follow the house rules and the Arrowhead Lake Community Association rules.

Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent.

There are two fireplaces in the house. However the fireplace in the dining room is not functional and the one in the living room, per fire code, is not to be used by guests.

Arrowhead Lakes community fees will be calculated and are NOT included in the booking fee.
In order to support all of the wonderful amenities in the Arrowhead community, the community charges renters a daily per person rate as well as 20$ per car gate card. Fee is 2$ per day per person for most of the year and from May 24 to September 2: $8.50 per person per night or $42.50 per week. Prior to your stay we will verify the number of cars and people staying at the property and then send a separate request for this fee.

We welcome all families and groups. Parties are strictly prohibited. Bunkbeds, hot tub, sauna, high chair, port-a-crib, and all water activities are for use at your own risk. Our home is not childproofed. No smoking or vaping in house, in sauna, or on decks. Indoor fireplaces are not available for guest use.
