Downtown Tiny Treehouse, incredible view!

Our tiny "Treehouse" is for someone (or couple) with a fun, youthful spirit, who is full of adventure and looking for a unique stay and experience, right at the heart of downtown Pocatello.

The "Treehouse" is a penthouse on the "North Building," a historic, renovated apartment building built in 1916 and offers an incredible 360 view over the valley and Historic Downtown Pocatello. Currently they are building a new park around our building, thereby giving direct access to all downtown events.

The "Treehouse" has a warm feel to it with bright colors, paintings of flowers and insects throughout (it will bring out your inner child!). It has all the necessities, in one cozy space.

Guests can use the building laundromat in the basement of the building. to access this use the back entrance basement entrance.

The roof does not have access (yet). The door is locked for safety reasons.

I don't live on the property but I do live in town, if there's any need I can be available. The check-in is fully hands-off and we respect the full privacy of our guests.

Historic Downtown Pocatello

Our building is surrounded by Lookout Point under construction (2022) for Downtown Pocatello which will host the Farmers Market, Revive at Five and many more events (starting spring 2023)

Our tiny treehouse is located on top of the North Building right at the heart of the Historic Downtown Pocatello. There are several micro breweries, restaurants and coffee shops and many stores in walking distance.

Our building has a parking space right across the street (behind Mocatello, drive-try coffee shop) and the PRT Bus stops right up front of the old UP Train station (greyhound building, unfortunately the greyhound doesn't stop here anymore since years)

There are many STAIRS! yes, it's on the 3rd floor without an elevator. the bathroom is on the level where you enter the space, the main room/bed and studio are on top. Nightly bathroom visits will require you to go downstairs within your private space.
No access to the roof is permitted at this time.
Tempering with the security system of the building results in an immediate cancellation without a refund.
