Sehr nettes Hotel mit Casino. Freundliches Personal. Bei der Zimmerausstattung hätte wir uns Kleinigkeiten wie Kleenex-Tücher und Hygiene-Beutel gewünscht. Der Central District ist gut über die Fussgängerbrücke in etwa 25 Minuten erreichtbar. Angemessenere Presi.

Good Location. Poor Service
Hotel has a good location for those wanting access to the Internatinal Fair and Old City. While towels were changed daily, our room including the bathroom was cleaned (serviced) once in the 7 days we were there. Cups and drinking glasses were not washed / replaced. Toiletries including soap and toilet paper were not replenished. The booking included daily servicing. Frequently the front desk had limited English speaking capability making requests difficult. Personeel is heel erg vriendelijk en een welkomst drankje was heel erg leuk en welkom (43 graden buiten) Alleen bij het boeken was het niet vermeld dat het ontbijt en het zwembad niet inbegrepen was, dus dat was een tegenvaller. En de bij betaling was ook nog eens fors van het zwembad. En de bedoeling van de verplichte badmuts begreep ik helemaal niet, en wat ook tegenviel is dat de jacuzzi niet werkte. Vervolgens als je overdag voor het zwembad betaald moet je 's avonds weer betalen als je gaat eigenlijk. Dus eigenlijk het hele zwembad verhaal een grote tegenvaller!

Excellent location, really friendly staff, multiple things to do on-site including bowling. It’s really grand, love the decor but the lobby could do with a bit more light, a little dark but good ambience at night. Small issue for me, you have to pay to use the pool @BGN40 (approx £20) 😳per person per day. It’s my second visit, I will use it again.

Huge hotel- good amenities-beware pool is extra!
Huge hotel, and rooms are also huge. It feels a bit empty because it's so big, but staff are friendly. Used hotel gym which is pretty good. Decent weights and machines. Didn't use pool in the end as it was extra. Breakfast was fine although coffee quality could be improved .

I was excited about swimming in the pool, but I didn’t realize it was an extra charge. At first I was told 25 lev and when I looked surprised the lady asked if I was a guest, I said yes, so she said it would be 20 lev. I decided not to swim, the next day I saw on the board that it is 12 lev to swim. I don’t expect people to try and rip me off in a hotel

Check in was great, the staff was super accommodating and the Olympic pool and massage services were top notch. Will definitely return

Perfect Hotel
Just one word: Perfect! It’s one of the best hotels in that region. Everything is carefully tought and planned. All is good! Best option if you want to stop by and rest if you are going to Turkey by car (I was and it saved my night)
