„We loved our time at Proud! The apartment was fantastic just as the pictures show. Great communication from the managers. The pool on the roof was incredible and gave us time to relax in peace and quiet. Local shops and brilliant restaurants - We Cafe and Vida Nova for brunch and dinner respectively. Great to have a coffee shop on the ground floor, it doesn’t open until 9am though. We are thinking about coming back on our way up to Phuket airport. Thanks!“

„70대 부모님 모시고 가족여행 다녀 왔어요 여행을 많이 다니지 않았던 분들이라 시설이 많이 노후화 되어 있는 겉모습에 조금 실망하셨는데 각 방마다 에어컨 샤워장 싱크대 유튜브되는 티비 세탁기가 있어 여러편의 시설있어3박 잘 쉬고 갑니다 개인적으로 아속역 인근이라 쇼핑몰 이 랑 투어 참여하는 곳이 가까워 동선짜는데 편리했습니다 그런데 마지막 밤 새벽 3~4시 싱크대에서 소음이 나면서 물이나오는 기 현상이 있어 불편했습니다 “

„The rooms are big and clean. I felt good from the first second. The hotel is old, and you can see this. However, everything I discovered so far is functional and ok. The kitchen equipment is better than everything I saw so far in Thailand. Still not European. The table and the chair for eating is brand new. Other furniture looks used, but nothing is broken. The pool looks great. The fitness room is surely usable, however the choice of machines is small. All in all I like it very much and I ...

„Apartments were absolutely ok compared to price. Location was given wrongly by ebookers. Apartment was NOT in City Center but a few km outside (even further than Central Department Store). Finding it and communication with staff (that neither knew about our booking nor spoke an English) was only possible with good Thai language skills. Ebookers really messed it up!“

„Initial impression not good in need of some maintenance. Room appeared to be clean, but house keeping only cleans the obvious don't look under the bed. Large room comfortable firm bed. Balcony nice once floor had been cleaned. AC worked well, shower but no shower stall, plenty of hot water. It served it's purpose. Should I return I would look for other venue. Fair price.“

The owner let himself into my room while I was sleeping. I paid for a month and thel left in 3 days. He refused any type of refund.
