Step in to a bright front living room with plantation shutters, crown molding, a plush sofa and armchairs, and a large Smart TV, a calm place to unwind or catch the game.

The remodeled kitchen is the heart of the home: white shaker cabinetry, stone counters, subway-tile backsplash, stainless appliances including a gas range, and a big center island where everyone naturally gathers. It’s fully stocked with cookware, utensils, a coffee maker, and kettle, ready for real meals rather than just takeout. A breakfast bar with stools makes a quick-bite spot.

The kitchen opens to a second living and dining room with a fireplace framed by built-in shelving, a dining table for 6, and lounge chairs. A sliding door leads straight onto the deck. With two separate living areas, the kids can have one while the adults have the other.

Quiet, well-kept suburban residential neighborhood (Val Vista) within Pleasanton city limits. Short drive to downtown Pleasanton’s historic Main Street (restaurants, boutiques, seasonal events), the Alameda County Fairgrounds (events & concerts), and Hacienda Business Park (offices, cafes). Local parks and Pleasanton Ridge trails offer hiking and views; grocery, pharmacy and casual dining are within a few minutes by car.

Car is the most convenient option; Pleasanton is car-centric with good highway access (I‑580 and I‑680). Local bus service (WHEELS/County Connection) provides neighborhood connections and links to BART. Two BART stations serve the city area: Dublin/Pleasanton (terminus) and West Dublin/Pleasanton (near Stoneridge). Altamont Corridor Express (ACE) and Amtrak Thruway also stop in Pleasanton for regional commuter rail connections. Rideshare/taxis are widely available and Livermore Municipal Airport serves general aviation.
