"Sehr nettes, hilfsbereites Personal. Die Lage genau am Strand ist ein Privileg in Cartagena. Personal des Hotels sorgt für Sicherheit und Sauberkeit am Strand .Die Pools sind klasse, obwohl die Musik a Infinity-Pool viel zu laut ist- halb so stark wäre auch ausreichend.Das Essen am Frühstücksbufffet ist sehr auf den einheimischen Geschmack ausgerichtet, dennoch vielfältig und immer ausreichend von allem da. Wir haben in allen Restaurants in der Anlage sehr gut gegessen und die Portionen waren mehr als großzügig. Wir hatten bequeme Zimmer mit Meerblick und Balkon, diese sind sehr zu empfehlen. Das Mobiliar in den Zimmern war leider ziemlich abgewohnt und den Zimmern fehlte definitiv Wartung . "

"Very Loud, lot of Events, old and defective Inventory, Gym had no functional equipment besides weights. All-Inclusive means, that there a specific non-alcoholic beverages like Milk-coffee at bars not included. Children over 12 are payed as adults but they are not allowed in adult zones."

"The hotel has probably more then 200 beds. On the sun deck at the pool was not a single sun umbrella to protect the guest from the sun. Next to the sun deck was a lawn with lounger. There were only four sun umbrellas... - VERY POOR !!!"
