Pool and jacuzzi very dirty, you smell humidity in the room in spite i asked for allergy free room.It's noisy , bad insulation windows and door for noise.Desk workers never smile 😃.It was a transit stop for one night, but impossible to go back if it's for vacation stay.

Nous avons été reveillé en pleine nuit par des individus qui essayaient d'ouvrir la porte de la chambre , aprés avoir demandé ce qu Ils voulaient ...ils sont partis....nous avons appelé la reception et la receptionniste a dit que c etait une erreur qu'elle avait donné notre chambre par erreur...est ce vrai?? et comment est ce possible??

Upon check in it took over ten minutes for someone to come help us at the desk. Then as we made our way to the elevator a lady with 3 large dogs exited. Her dogs lunged at my two younger children. The pool was closed and our room was stained on the walls and sheets. The carpet had a layer of filth. And because we pre paid for this we can’t get a refund. Would not suggest to anyone.

I'm sorry the pool was closed I believe that's where our front desk staff was at check in time, trying to assist to get the pool open for guests. Also we are a pet friendly hotel and while we hope that all guests can control their pets sometimes this is not the case. We did address that with this guest to ensure it did not happen to others.
