Standard Kongresshotel
Hotel ist für Geschäftsreisende gedacht. Zimmer etwas zu klein und laut. Indoorpool ist viel zu klein, Sportbereich auch nicht übermäßig gut ausgestattet. Andere Hotels von Westin sind deutlich besser ausgestattet.

Zentrale Lage, sehr veraltete Ausstattung
Das Hotel schaut von außen moderner aus als es ist. Die Zimmerausstattung ist alles andere als modern (nicht mal Lüftung im Bad) und unser Zimmer in Fahrstuhlnähe war sehr laut. Die Lobby wird gerade modernisiert, aber die Zimmer sind alt. Auf meine Beschwerde hin, dass der Abfluss im Bad nicht gut funktioniert hat, hat sich das Hotel jedoch mit einem freien Frühstück sehr kulant gezeigt.

We stayed at this hotel because we had an event there that evening. We are local, but thought it would be nice to be able to be on sight. It was a very challenging night. I think the hotel took on more than it could handle. There was a huge gala, weddings, and proms there that evening and multiple people there for an event at the adjacent convention center. The hotel either wasn't prepared for the number of guests or hadn't properly staffed up to handle the volume of people. Check in was at 4 pm and we didn't get into our room until after 6 (our event started at 5:30 and we weren't ready so we were an hour and a half late by the time we got to the charity dinner). When we finally got to speak to a manager (who was nowhere to be found during this whole time), and after being told our room would be ready ASAP, we found out that our room wouldn't be ready until 8pm because of a deal they have with Delta to hold rooms that late for flights. Had we not raised the issue and just continued to wait patiently in the lobby, they wouldn't have said anything to us and we would have been hours late to our event. Overall poor management of the check in process and communication. Had we known we couldn't get into our room at 4, we would have gotten ready at home and then gone to the event. They really messed up on all fronts for us and I doubt I will ever stay there again.

This property is great if you are attending something at the convention center. Lobby is beautiful and modern. Rooms are not updated and I would rate them a 3 at best. My room was old and dusty. Mattress sucked! Squeaked and was broken down on the edges.

Billing for this stay has been a nightmare. The stay was incorrectly billed 3 times, placing a large sum of money on hold in my bank account causing immeasurable cash flow concerns for me. To date I still have a hold for nearly $600 on my account in addition to the balance paid for my two night stay.

Liked the staff. Liked my room. Tv only worked some of the time however. Water and snacks too expensive! We had one complimentary water in our room for two people. Why not two? Why not four? Not enough breakfast options. Liked Bills Burgers and Bar.

I was disappointed that they didn't have a swimming pool, even though Google said they did. Checking in at first was very disheartening with one of their staff members, however when I received assurance from another staff member, checking in was a breeze.

I had an awful experience with Expedia and this hotel. For the for days I was at the property I was charged twice. I spoke with three different managers and no one would rectify the situation.

This property is way overdue for a remodel. Standards seemed to slide during covid and haven’t rebounded. The restaurant in the hotel is nothing special but on the positive side there is a Starbucks and it has been cleaned up since the last time we were there.

The service was ok but rather impersonal. The room was very dusty and seemed like it had not been cleaned in a while. Upon my arrival in the room, I observed an open bar of soap in the soap dish on the bathroom sink that appeared to have been used. Location is convenient for city events and restaurants.

Great location! When we arrived there was no parking available so by the time we parked next door and thwn waited a VERY long time for checkbin, it took an hor from arrival to being in our room. For the price, I was disappointed there was no pool, no included breakfast, not even a microwave in the rooms.
