Please note: with several flights of stairs between street level and the apartment, this home is best suited for guests without mobility limitations. Once inside, the open living room fills the main level with natural light and opens onto the private large third-floor balcony with seating.

The kitchen sits just off the living room, fully stocked for home cooking with a gas range, dishwasher, built-in ice maker, and a coffee bar for your morning routine. Four seats at the kitchen island make it easy to gather for a meal.

The main level also holds a queen bedroom set up with a dedicated workspace, plus a full bathroom. Climb one more interior flight to the top floor, where the primary queen bedroom sits beneath a skylight that brings in soft, natural light throughout the day. The en-suite bathroom includes a deep soaking tub, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.

The in-unit washer and dryer are tucked into the primary bathroom on the top floor. Outside, the expansive third-floor balcony offers seating for six, ideal for morning coffee or evening drinks.

House Rules
No Smoking Indoors - Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside. Outdoor smoking is allowed—please dispose of butts responsibly. A $1,000+ cleaning fee will be charged if evidence is found.

Registered Guests Only - Only registered guests may stay overnight. No unapproved visitors may remain after hours or use guest amenities. Day visitors are limited to 2, and must depart by 9:00 PM, with a total cap of 4 people on the property at any time.

Use at Your Own Risk - Guests accept all risks related to property use. The host is not responsible for accidents, injuries, illness, or lost/stolen items.

Chore-Free Checkout - No cleaning is expected or required from guests, but excessive messes (e.g. abundant stains, excessive trash) will incur a $65/hr cleaning fee.

No Late Checkouts Without Approval - Late departures disrupt cleaning. Unauthorized late checkouts will be charged $100 per hour past the agreed checkout time; checkouts more than one hour late will be charged the full nightly rate.

Flexible Rebooking Policy - If you cancel outside the refund window and we rebook your dates, we`ll refund any rebooked nights—because we don`t believe in double-dipping.

No Daily Housekeeping - The home is fully cleaned before your stay. Fresh linens, towels, and starter supplies are included. Mid-stay cleanings available for an extra fee.

No Pets Allowed - To protect guest sensitivities, pets are not permitted. A $300 deep cleaning fee applies if evidence is found.

Not Recommended for Children - Due to the home`s layout and multiple flights of stairs, this property is not recommended for young children. Guests bringing children do so at their own risk and take full responsibility for their safety and supervision at all times.

Noise Monitoring Devices - Purposefully disabling our Minut decibel meter and refusing to turn it back on will result in immediate termination of your reservation, with no refund.

Zero Tolerance for Neighborhood Disruptions - Any police involvement due to noise or neighborhood disruptions (e.g. parties) will result in immediate termination of your reservation.
