Great restaurants and bars everywhere, 20+ breweries, quaint coffee shops, awesome vintage bowling, shopping, green space, riverside walking/biking trail, and more!
Uber / Lyft are your best bet, or take a scooter or bike! Pittsburgh is called the City of Bridges due to our rivers and hills, and because of this, it's one of the hardest cities to drive around in. Luckily our area is super walkable, with a 90+ walk score! 1. Smoking is not allowed in the home. Smoking is allowed outside on the patio only. A minimum $2,000 fee will apply if smoking (of anything) is detected inside.
2. People other than those in the Guest party may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. The Host has not represented this unit as an event facility, therefore, additional guests are not permitted without prior notice. At no time may any of these visitors remain overnight or assume any guest privileges whatsoever.
3. The Host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
4. Host allows children with the following stipulations: - Guests are responsible for any and all necessary 'child proofing'. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
6. There is no daily housekeeping service. While the house has been thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival and linens and bath towels are included, daily maid service is not included in the rate.
7. Pets are not permitted; any pet being snuck into the house will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee.
8. Cleaning fees are paid to assure Guest's arrival to a clean property, not to clean up post-checkout "messes." While we do have a Chore Free Checkout,, we do expect reasonable cleanliness standards followed - garbage thrown away, spills cleaned up, etc. Cleaning required due to excessive messiness will result in additional costs, charged at a rate of $40/hour.

The house was very cute and comfortable. Everything was clean and we had the amenities as listed to help make our stay complete. Host communicated well and was friendly and helpful. Host was so responsive and helpful. The place was clean and comfortable. Great aesthetic. V close to Lawrenceville and the Strip District. Huge bonus was the parking area in the back of the house, knowing we could park and not have to worry about fees or finding a spot on the street. Will definitely book again.

The house was very clean and warm when we arrived. Parking for 2 vehicles is located behind the house. Directions were included to find the parking. We arrived late at night and found it easier to have someone go through the house and stand at the end of the driveway so we knew which driveway to park in. Once we parked there, it was easy to find it every time. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and throughout the house. There were 2 couples and a mother/daughter group there for a long weekend for an NFL game. Restaurants and bars were within walking distance. We were also able to drive to "the strip" and the Peoples Holiday Market. We enjoyed our experience. There was a book of interesting facts about Pittsburgh and also some recommendations that we found interesting. "The Strip" is highly recommended.

Had a great stay at this beautiful property in a perfect location. Beds were comfy, kitchen had everything we needed, bathrooms were lovely. We’re able to walk to restaurants, shops and breweries. We had a wonderful time at the Lawrenceville property. It was beautifully decorated and very clean. Having 3 full bathrooms was so awesome. We walked to Butler and the shopping and restaurants there—- so convenient. Loved the back patio. Will absolutely stay here again.

3 level historic home
Beautifully updated row home in great, walkable location. Close to many great restaurants, bars, and shops. If you don't mind walking up very steep staircases, you will enjoy this small, but tidy home. There are three full bathrooms, one on each of the three floors, but the bedrooms are on the second & third floors. Good parking area out back, very convenient as there is very limited street parking.

Fantastic little townhome nesteled in Lawrenceville section of Pittsburgh. We were here for orientation for Pitt for my son. Perfect house, enough beds and baths, walked to breakfast at the Nook. What a fantastic townhome. And right in Lawrence with fun shops and great restaurants. Like almost every townhome, bedrooms are up stairs, so just know that. The whole place is updated, we’ll appointed, and very comfortable. 10 out of 10!
