First thing is once you book with hotels.com you have to wait for a second email from stay with a door code, it’s an automated building. I never received the email and had to call hotels.com customer service to get it. There is no one from the hotel on site, at all, ever, except at check out time. The hotel is kind of in a sketchy part of downtown, not super safe for families or ladies. The hotel itself is kind of dilapidated, not the level of quality you would expect with a chain. Shower is tiny but the room has a fridge and microwave so there’s that. The location is central so if you need a room to crash and sleep it works for that and not much else.
