1. **NO SMOKING** – A $500 smoke cleaning fee will be charged if there is any smell of smoke or if smoking is detected in the apartment.

2. **NO ANIMALS** – Bringing pets into the unit will result in a $500 allergen cleaning fee if observed.

3. **REMOVE SHOES** – If it is snowing or raining, please remove your shoes when upstairs.

4. **CLEAN UP AFTER COOKING** – If you use dishes, pots, or pans, please clean them. You may place them in the dishwasher and use the provided pods. Failure to clean up will result in a $50 additional cleaning fee.

5. **DISPOSE OF TRASH & FOOD** – Do not leave food or trash on the counters. Dispose of all waste properly. A $50 additional cleaning fee will apply if this rule is not followed.

6. **NO LOUD MUSIC & NO ACCESS TO LOCKED AREAS** – Keep noise levels reasonable. Do not attempt to open the locked closet or basement door.

7. **PRIMARY GUEST MUST STAY** – The person who books the reservation must be staying at the Airbnb. You cannot book on behalf of someone else. If you arrive after other guests, this must be communicated in advance.

8. **TOILET USE** – Only flush toilet paper. Flushing anything else may cause plumbing issues. The plumbing is inspected after each stay, and you will be charged for any damage.

### **Violations & Unauthorized Guests**
- If you violate these rules, you will be asked to leave immediately and charged accordingly. **No exceptions.**
- If more guests are present than listed in your reservation, your booking will be canceled due to unauthorized occupancy.
