Fantastic property!! Very clean and well stocked. Lots of extras that made our stay enjoyable. Only downfall was that our apartment unit was a long walk from the parking garage but otherwise everything was perfect. Would definitely stay again.

Very unsatisfied with our stay. Highly recommended that you find someone other than Kasa to stay with. The virtual check in was very stressful and hard to understand. Upon arrival the room was poorly cleaned. The coffee maker covered in old grinds. The TV didn't work not a big deal and we didn't need it repaired for our stay but i was never contacted by Kasa about the problem. We found dirty laundry (swim suits) left in the washer from the previous visit. On check in we noticed some damage to the refrigerator shelves(cracks) but unfortunately made the mistake of not contacting Kasa. After check out we received an email saying im getting charged $150 for the damaged drawer that they cannot prove happened during my stay.Kasa never apologized for the room conditions we found they were only concerned about charging us for damaged that we didnt do.we will never consider staying with them again and hopefully for your sake you won't either.If your housekeeping staff missed all the problems we found then their credibility about the drawer not being damaged before our stay does not stand. Thanks for stealing $150

Nice apartment. However they monitor everything, they have motion sensors, noise detection devices, and smoking detection. Who knows what else they have monitoring you. Also dont plan on taking a shower in the morning unless you like cold showers. Parking is charged everywhere you park.

The place is fabulous and clean! All communication was clear and relatively easy to follow, but there are a lot of steps to follow with the virtual check-in. And some of the information for parking was incorrect, though it didn’t affect us negatively—it was just a bit confusing. Overall, this was a wonderful stay, and we would choose this again!

It was barely like the photos. Felt more like a mini clean dungeon than the bright room the photos show. The window and blinds are right next to the bed where you can easily see people walking past. Did a check and you can see into the room as well if you really wanted to. Gaps in between the sets of blinds and you can see the bed. Felt unsafe and like there was little privacy. The parking situation was frustrating. The garage elevators were not functioning. Our garage space was on the 3rd floor and our room on the 1st on the opposite side of the building. There was about a 5 minute walk from building's elevator to our room through dark winding hallways. Felt creepy to say the least. They were doing construction inside the building so all you could hear the first day was people loudly banging on the walls and dogs barking. At least the pool was nice. I wish I never booked a room here.

Apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed. Few dislikes…unit was very far from the parking garage, which is difficult if you have kids and lot of luggage. The blinds were see through so the pool and parking lot lights peeked through all night lighting up the bedroom. The one bedroom had no windows. The doors were white glass so didn’t offer much privacy. I’d look elsewhere before staying here again.

Gut: Sauberkeit
The view is great & the apartment is very nice. However, there is a dog boarding kennel next door and barking in the mornings woke us up. The barking wasn’t terribly loud but did continue throughout the day. However, Kasa did include a white noise machine & if you’re a deep sleeper it shouldn’t be an issue.
