Wunderfull view!
What a beautifull Hotel, great View, a lot of Restauranta around. Clean, friendly. Unfortunately, parking is extremely expensive and disappointing for hotel guests who have already paid a lot. Luckily there are a number of very cheaper car parks in the area.

This was a lovely hotel! Very clean and in a great location in the city to walk to the Warhol Museum and many shops and restaurants! The staff was very friendly and recommended a great restaurant to get dinner.

Sauna was great. Very nice, clean hotel. Only downside… it’s already expensive and it seems like they nickel and dime you on other stuff. Parking in their garage is expensive, no validation. We paid for internet and the water bottles were expensive. Seriously, who doesn’t have free work these days?

Great location for theatre district and downtown Pittsburg in general. We stayed on the 23 floor which was quite musty smelling. Room was some what worn, but not overly. General room cleanliness could have been much better, the base of the desk, artwork and room mirror where very unclean. Hardest pillows know to mankind! To end on a positive note, great cocktails in the bar.

The room was spacious and exceptionally clean. The views of PNC were amazing and the hotel was within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The hotel staff were very helpful in giving directions and making suggestions for dining and entertainment. By far this is the best hotel we have stayed at in Pittsburgh!.

The valet did not treat my husband that well. We plan a last minute trip and we just put on some sweat pants and jackets after playing tennis and drove his truck and we were going to valet but he was just like the parking is there. And I was checking in and it was weird none offered the valet option. I love the gym is great that was definitely something that made my stay special also the stuff there with the spa it is definitely the best part of the hotel. The restaurant experience was insane we ordered room service the burger can only be well done. Then we decided to have breakfast and we got there is empty and the host says can you guys eat in 30min because we have a lot of reservations. So it was very weird but the spa and gym area and workers made our stay better. The hotel is nice the room is nice stay in the last floor and loved the view. The city is very nice too!

We received horrible and subpar service in a few areas: 1 We arrived to the valet area and were addressed with a door opening, but no one took our bags from the trunk or offered a luggage cart. 2 We arrived to a clean room BUT had no ice bucket or refrigerator. We asked the front desk and they confirmed arrival of both, but one never arrived, even after a few hours. 3 On christmas eve, we requested room service, but returned to find a made up bed, neatly arranged our personal toiletries BUT they didnt replace clean glasses, bottled water at all, dirty bathroom floor, and no coffee kcups either. We received excellent areas in the following areas: 1 Front desk service on Steelers Saturday morning (young lady providing business office help was a Godsend 2. Valet service on leaving christmas day. I liked the location for seeing family in Pgh and especially the Steelers game, but I may consider another hotel if this email is not addressed seriously or not at all. I think this hotel has potential: beauty, location, name amd prestige, gym, spa, and bar HOWEVER there are other options. I would love to return if this feedback can somehow be used to improve the hotel service SO others do not have to experience this subpar quality.
