Modern, convenient to Casino
Nice, modern suite. Set up very differently from other standard hotels. I liked the little TV nook with a couch, although I wouldn't call it a suite since it couldn't be closed off from the bedroom. This is in the casino district surrounded by a bunch of other chain hotel. Convenient if you're interested in the casino, but otherwise the neighborhood didn't have much to offer.

Was really close to the Hollywood Casino (went for an event there), lots of drive thru and sit down dining options within 1-10mins from property (Wendy’s within 3min walking distance). Open air mall within 5mins. Rooms were spacious, staff was really nice, I just thought bathroom shower areas were a bit dated compared to the rest of the room/bathroom and there was no bathroom fan…which was really odd and did not help with sounds or ventilation for steam. Breakfast could use a waffle maker or two or maybe a couple more hot options, but was normal for included breakfast. Receiving/entrance was spacious and inviting as well- has bar from 5-10pm. They do offer appetizers, but I did not ask or partake. Would go and stay there again.

My family and I stayed for one night. The hotel was clean, safe, and quiet. Parking was easy and also felt safe. Breakfast could use an upgrade. I suggest rather than offer a dozen mediocre items, just pick 2-4 and make them awesome. Will come back.

Really nice stay. All staff were friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and comfortable with a large TV. Modern bathroom and sink with lovely walk-in shower. I would definitely stay here again.

We were checking out on monday. Its 8am and the cleaning staff were in the next room just yelling to each other for well over an hour. We all really needed an etra 2 hours of sleep we had a very long drive home. It was crazy over the top loud.

Good stay!
Shower floor seemed dingy. The one thing I didn’t bring because there is usually one in every room I go to, was the little pack of makeup remover. There was none! Breakfast was ok, hashbrowns were sooo spicy. Coffee ? - eh, ok! Bed was ok and pillows flattened as soon as you laid down on them. The staff was outstanding and was working very hard to accommodate everyone. The hotel was good for a one night stay!

Poor customer satisfaction
The room that we originally booked was supposed to be one king and a double size sofa bed the shower was supposed to be a glass walk-in shower end up being two queen beds and a tub that was hard to get into I had to use a shower chair really wanted the glass shower this was a special getaway for me and my love we got engaged but it turned out to be not so nice with the hotel room the bed was really really hard same with the other bed and the couch was real hard couldn't even sit on it to watch TV room was clean but everything else when I called down to ask about changing room the lady said that she was very busy she would try to change the room I said don't worry about it she bring up a shower chair and then didn't even bother to check to see if everything was okay

This property is sparkling clean!! I travelled with 4 kids and I had to use the pull-out couch. The blankets and linens are prepared in a clear zipper bag for the full-out couch. It was really convenient. I highly recommend this place.
