IDEAL FOR: traveling for work, events in Station Square, 2 or 3 couples traveling together
The house features 2 balconies for admiring the vista, and everything you'll need for relaxing outdoors - a hot tub, a fire pit, outdoor seating, a lawn, and BBQ grill.
The yard is entirely fenced in - ideal if you're traveling with dogs or young children. The entire back yard is well lit.
The inside layout includes a large living and gathering space on the middle floor, with a well-equipped kitchen, scenic dining area, and a full bathroom one floor down.
The second story includes one king bedroom with another balcony overlooking the city, a queen bedroom with a desk, and a full bathroom in between.
The middle floor converts to two more private sleeping areas, each with queen pullout beds.

This home sits right on the quiet edge of Pittsburgh's Mt. Washington neighborhood - known for its breathtaking city vistas and expanding network of local restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and ice cream stops. It's a great blend of new and old Pittsburgh.
Getting into town will require a car, or Uber. Many of the city's popular tourist destinations are within 5 to 15 minutes. Able-bodied guests can walk up the hill to find numerous neighborhood bars, restaurants, and overlooks - all within 15 minutes walking distance.
We're available to help make your stay the best it can be, but the level of communication is entirely up to you. It is always our pleasure to make suggestions on where to go and what to do - from museums to my favorite walkable streets.
You will also receive a guidebook three days before check-in with recommendations and instructions for the appliances in the home.

Guests: We want you to enjoy your vacation and time at our home to the maximum, but we do have to set some restrictions on visitor numbers for safety reasons. (Max Occupancy is 10 guests.) As part of our vacation rental agreement, we need the names and details of each member of your traveling party. After 4 guests, the nightly cost of the booking increases by $25 per night, per guest to cover additional costs. Any unauthorized guests will be subject to a $100 per guest per night fee. Any guests beyond the number listed on your itinerary qualify for this fee. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without a refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy. Any unauthorized events or parties will be subject to immediate removal. Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited at our home. Any small gathering must comply with our other house rules regarding noise, the neighborhood, and visitor numbers.
Fire Pits (Propane and Wood): Please remember to dress warm enough for outdoor conditions. Please NEVER bring any indoor throw blankets or bedding out to the fire pit!
Pets: Pets are welcome at our home! If you’re staying here with your furry friend, there are some things we’d like you to help us out with to ensure a smooth stay for everybody. We know you love your pet, but we ask that you please don’t let them up onto the furniture, especially sofas and beds. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Please ensure you clean up after your pet daily. There is a $25 per night, per pet fee not to exceed 2 pets maximum for pre-approved pets only. If you bring an unauthorized pet, you will be subject to immediate removal plus an additional cleaning fee.
Noise and Neighbors: We hope you have lots of laughter and fun during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours between 9PM and 8AM. We love our neighborhood and our neighbors and do our best to show it. If any neighboring resident reports excessive noise or unruly behavior, we may have to evict you from our property and terminate the vacation rental agreement. This could result in loss of security deposit, rental amount and is subject to penalties. In case of any disputes or neighbor complaints, it’s your duty to notify us as soon as reasonably possible. Our home is equipped with noise and occupancy sensors inside and security cameras outside (including audio). Any tampering with the devices will result in immediate eviction with no refunds.
Cleanliness: Be sure to maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay. This will make it much easier when check out time comes and our turnover team will be very appreciative.
Access: There are locked closets that are strictly off limits to guests along with the basement. Guests are to allow homeowner or service team access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. The homeowner will exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner and advise beforehand where possible.
Supplies: We provide the basics such as cooking oil, simple seasoning and some condiments. Additionally, coffee, basic cleaning supplies, toiletries and linens are provided. If any products or supplies are running low during your stay, please notify us so we can remedy this. To simplify the inventory process, please return any items to where you originally found them.
The Kitchen: Please treat our kitchen with the love and respect you would your own to keep it in great condition for other guests. Please ventilate the kitchen after cooking anything that could leave behind a strong smell. Do not wash food remains down the drain, but rather throw any kitchen scraps into a trash bag and dispose of them properly.
Trash: We like to do our bit for the environment and we ask that our guests do the same. There are a few containers outside in the parking area for separating trash and recycling. Please BAG AND TIE UP SAID BAGS before disposing garbage in the proper containers. Do not place loose trash in the large cans outside. Trash pickup is Friday morning. If you’re so inclined, please place and cans at the curbside. Recycling is every other week.
Bathrooms: Please do not flush any sanitary products down the toilet. We provide a bin for this in the bathroom. When removing makeup, dye or lotion, please use the appropriate removal wipes provided and not our bath towels.
Parking: We have easy off street parking on our quiet street.
Children: Parents must not leave children unattended at any time. Any guest injuries sustained inside or outside the home are not covered by our vacation rental insurance.
Smoking: This is a non-smoking home. If you do smoke, please can you do so outside, away from the house, and properly extinguish and dispose of your cigarette butts in the trash. Do not leave cigarette butts on the ground. This is litter.
Damages: In case of any accidental damage, we’ll look into the issue internally to decide if and how much the deduction or repair cost will be. Please inform us of any damages as soon as possible, including kitchen items and linens.
Checking Out: Any time guests leave the vacation rental, it is their responsibility to ensure all windows and doors are closed and locked to maintain security and prevent rain and water damage. We are not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings or valuables. In case you misplace something in the house, please let us know so we can look out for the item during the changeover period.
Miscellaneous Please do not move any furniture from one room to another without agreeing to it with us first. Please don’t take any bath towels with you from the property.
In Closing: We’ve set out these house rules so that every guest visiting our property has a safe, secure and most importantly, fun stay at our place. Compliance with these house rules is essential for every member of your traveling group. We hope you have a great time and find everything you need at our home. Amazing location and awesome view
Very easy parking and check into house. Modern decor that is comfortable and attractive. Equipped with everything we needed indoors and outdoors. Hot tub was delightful. We cooked several meals there and also found some great restaurants nearby. Property manager responded quickly to our messagesWe would definitely book this one again!

Has it all - location, views, & amenities
Great property with views everywhere, best enjoyed from the hot tub or one of the nice decks. Everything was clean, kitchen/laundry/bathrooms well-stocked, and host was very responsive. Nice, large parking area, convenient to downtown, and very nice to be able to walk to Shiloh St shops & Monongahela incline. The roads, neighborhood, & property/stairs are all rather steep, but this should be expected in this neighborhood on the side of the mountain. Had all this fam with one 6yr old were looking for, and would definitely come back.
