  • Welcome to your home away from home! This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has a stocked kitchen, two living spaces, and enough parking for your boat! You will have easy access to Moncure, Cary, Apex, Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill. The Jordan Lake boat ramp is only 2 miles away. Whether you are in town for work, a wedding, visiting friends, or just want to get away - Three Acres Cottage will be your next home away from home!

    Some additional information.
    • There is a shared gravel driveway that splits at the top. Three Acres Cottage is the house to the left. You are able to park multiple cars and/or a boat in front of the detached garage. It is easy to access the home through the back door.
    • The neighbor has friendly free range chickens that like to visit.
