PLEASE NOTE: This unit is in a condo that is split into two separate spaces: a 2-bed, 1-bath unit (this listing) and a 1-bed, 1-bath unit (different listing). Each has a private entrance.

SAFETY DEPOSIT OR DAMAGE WAIVER: To preserve the condition of our property, a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($42.80) or a refundable Safety Deposit ($700) will be required after booking. The purchase and ID verification will be done via our Fig & Toast Boarding Pass and Enso Connect, an authorized booking partner.

This is a lovely 2-bedroom, 1-bath condo on the second floor of a building in a complex in Pinetop. Please note that there is an attached 1-bedroom, 1-bath unit connected to this unit. (The spaces are connected via a locked door similar to those between hotel rooms.)

Guests have private access to the 2-bedroom, 1-bath unit, as well as access to the private balcony and grill.

We are available and happy to help! The best way to contact us is via the message thread. (We typically respond within 30 minutes between 7 am - 9 pm.)

PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $58 for one pet and $90 for two pets. (Fees are charged per stay, not per night. For two pets, $58 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings.

Please remember that you`re staying in a home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but no one is living on-site 24/7.

CAMERA: This property has two exterior cameras for general guest safety. There is one at each entry.

PACKAGES & MAIL: If you need to receive packages or mail during your stay, please DO NOT plan to have anything delivered to the property. Instead, please plan to have packages or mail delivered to an Amazon locker, FedEx location, etc.
