Whether you're visiting for a winter ski trip to Sunrise Ski Resort, a summer family retreat, or a fall foliage adventure, this rustic-modern cabin is your ideal home base. Tucked away on a private half-acre lot surrounded by forest, you’ll enjoy privacy, comfort, and close proximity to everything Pinetop-Lakeside has to offer — from local breweries and eateries to scenic hiking and UTV trails.
Notice to potential guests with pet allergies: although the property does not allow guests to bring pets, this is not a pet-free home. We bring our pets (dog and cat) with us when we enjoy the property for our personal use. Please plan accordingly.

THIS RESIDENCE STRICTLY PROHIBITS PETS. Bringing pets into the home may result in the loss of your deposit and additional cleaning charges, including carpet cleaning and other tasks required by the cleaning staff. Your cooperation in maintaining a pet-free environment is appreciated. If evidence is found of a pet a $500 fee will be added to your booking.

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $47 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $4 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
