Tough to pull into parking lot

I was in Peterborough for business. The Riverhouse is convenient and I have stayed there before. Check-in was difficult. It is not the fault of Riverhouse that my phone blocked the text with code information as spam, but it took half an hour of phone calls to Expedia and to the off-site manager to enable us to check in to our room. The room was comfortable, but the amenities are inadequate. The Riverhouse was aware that there were two people staying in the room for two nights, yet provided one small bar of soap, one bottle of lotion, and two keurig coffee pods. These are not replenished, since there is no daily housekeeping. The "grab-and-go breakfast" was terrible and almost non-existent. There was no cold cereal, no fruit, and only a few packets of store-brand flavored oatmeal. There were no coffee pods at all except for three decaf pods. Unfortunately, there are few other lodging options convenient to Peterborough. It is probably worth the drive to stay in Jaffrey or Temple instead.

The inn was pretty and the staff was very nice. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Our room was comfortable but all the pictures shown are not quite what it looks like at this time.
