„Ich war dienstlich unterwegs und für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist das Hotel ideal, nur 3 min vom Airport entfernt. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und es fehlt eigentlich nur der Fön. Das Abendessen (Menu) ist vielseitig und gut, das Frühstück ausreichend. Ich würde definitiv wieder dort buchen, auch für 2/3 Tage, länger jedoch nicht. Insgesamt merkt man aber, dass das Hotel gut geführt ist. “

„I liked having a pool and it was located across the street from The Magdalena Grand Golf Course and Hotel where my family was staying. I took a video but it does not allow video uploads so this is the only two screenshots I was not able to get from it. But all the pictures posted on their website are exactly the same. Ronald was very pleasant and provided necessities I needed like an iron and ironing board. The bed was very comfortable, I would definitely stay there again beach is close by but ...

„The owner/manager of this property was very welcoming and understanding of our situation and did everything he could to facilitate us on short notice. The pool in the property overlooks a slight hill so it makes for a nice touch. We felt very safe and the place is in a very quiet and serene area. We definitely look forward to staying here again once we are in Tobago. “

„We had organised a free pick up service from the airport that was offered by the hotel. The driver arrived half an hour late at the airport. When we complained to the receptionist (Alicia) she had a very bad attitude towards us (for whatever reason), claiming that the pick up wasn't correct anyways. This is unacceptable and very poor customer service.“

„The hotel facilities are a bit outdated. This is a fact. However, the service and location make up for it. Prices are very reasonable and the staff members are helpful and friendly. „Wir (Mama + 2 ältere Mädchen) hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub. Da wir vor der Hauptsaison Anfang Juli dort waren und sowohl die Deutschen als auch Trinis erst Ende Juli / August Urlaub haben, konnten wir dieses traumhafte Resort fast für uns alleine genießen. „Awesome oceanview, very nice. We visited this hotel during low-season (March/April). Service level is reduced since almost no customers. However, the staff did what they could to offer well crafted drinks and arrange taxi pickup service. The place itself has come into years of service. A general renovation of several details such as floor tiles, lights, bath ventilation needs to be upgraded.“

„The owners and staff were warm, welcoming and always willing to help. Very nice people. Loved that they had recycle bins throughout the property and separate bins in the villas for organics and other materials. The property and trails were beautiful, the flowers, plants, fish pond and ducks were nice to see. There were lots of birds to see and hear. Overall a great place and cant wait to go back.“

"We are a little family with 2 Kids and really enjoyed our time at Restorations Tobago.We nearly use the Pool every day.Sharon (housekeeper) gave us a lot of Tips where to go or to eat.Tracey was also very helpful in planning our journey.We would definitly come back!"

"Die Angestellten waren meistens sehr unfreundlich. Das Frühstück war wirklich Mangelhaft an der Auswahl. Wenn man aber z.B noch eine Portion Früchte holen wollte wurde diese sehr sparsam ausgegeben. Die dusche wahr wirklich eine Katastrophe! An warmes Wasser gab es während den 4 Tagen Aufenthalt gar nicht. Zudem das die Brause extrem verkalkt verstopft war. Die Unterkunft an sich ist schön und auch der Aussenbereich wird gepflegt."
