Sweet Retreat - Mountain View Condos - Einheit 3504

Dieses Gerät befindet sich im dritten Gebäude im fünften Stock.   Es hat ein Kingsize-Bett im Master, Queen im zweiten Schlafzimmer und ein Queen-Schlafsofa Couch für insgesamt 6 Personen.



Es gibt zwei vollwertige Badezimmer in dieser Einheit.  Das Master-Badezimmer verfügt über eine separate Gartenwanne und eine Dusche sowie zwei Waschbecken.  Master-Badezimmer verfügen über einen Haartrockner.  Das zweite Badezimmer hat einen Eingang vom Schlafzimmer und vom Hauptwohnbereich.



Alle Einheiten sind mit 3-Fuß-Türen vollständig behindertengerecht. 



Unser Ziel ist es, eine schöne Unterkunft zu einem sehr günstigen Preis anzubieten, da wir wiederkehrende Besucher möchten.  Das Resort liegt am Plaza Drive zwischen den Ampeln 0 und 1 direkt hinter Country Tonight im Unterhaltungsviertel.    An der Hauptstraße gibt es eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle für Fahrten im Wert von .50 $ für Pigeon Forge.  Das Resort ist etwa 3 km von Dollywood, den Softballfeldern und The Island (einschließlich Margaritaville und Paula Dean's) entfernt.





 

Alle Gebäude des Resorts verfügen über einen Aufzug.  Alle Einheiten sind für Rollstuhlfahrer zugänglich.  Alle Einheiten verfügen über eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Kühl- / Gefrierschrank, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle und Herd / Backofen.  Die Küchen sind mit Geschirr und Glaswaren, grundlegenden Topf- und Pfannensets, Toaster, Mixer und Kaffeemaschine ausgestattet.  Wenn Sie nach schickeren Artikeln wie Wok, Reisdampfer, Topftopf usw. suchen, können Sie ihn mitbringen, da wir diese Spezialitäten nicht anbieten.   Unsere Zimmer und Resort verfügen über kostenfreies WLAN in allen Bereichen, Kabelfernsehen in den Zimmern und Telefonbenutzung für den örtlichen Service.  Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden für Ihren Aufenthalt bereitgestellt.  Sie können jedoch nicht ausgetauscht werden.  Es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner in jeder Einheit.  Sie können zusätzliches Waschpulver mitbringen, wenn Sie Wäsche waschen möchten, da wir nur eine einzige Box verwenden.  Wir bieten ein Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett in der Einheit.  Jede Einheit verfügt über kostenlose Parkplätze für Ihr Auto. 



Unser Resort verfügt über einen Außenpool und einen Innenpool.  Der Außenpool verfügt über ein Pilz-Wasserspiel und einen flachen Watbereich und ist von Oktober bis Dezember sowie von März bis Mai beheizt.  Der Innenpool ist nutzbar und wird bei Bedarf für eine jahrelange Verfügbarkeit beheizt.    Auf unserem Gelände befinden sich außerdem Tetherball, Volleyball, Hufeisen, zwei Spielstrukturen, ein Basketballfeld, ein Shuffleboard und ein Whirlpool für 17 Personen.  Es gibt viele Außengrills sowie Picknickplätze.  Schauen Sie sich unsere neueste Annehmlichkeit an, einen 5 km langen Wanderweg auf unserer 5 Hektar großen Grünfläche.  Sie werden den Park lieben, und Ihre Kinder werden den Platz zum Wandern lieben.

Booked a last minute quick trip and very pleased with the entire process of booking, check-in, cleanless of room, location is great. Good place to stay if you’ve got kids, nice playground and pool area. Owner is really quick to respond to any questions.

Great stay

Overall everything was great. Unlocking and locking the door was tricky, took us a good couple of days to get the hang of it. Upon entering the unit it smelled clean and looked that way as well. The master bathroom toilet and surrounding was not exactly clean (looked like someone had too much fun with red wine and it didn’t all go down the toilet, lol), we went out and bought cleaner for that. The grout and baseboards need attention in that bathroom as well, in addition to the flushability of that toilet. Moving forward to the extra bathroom. Overall it was fine but the water ran constantly on that toilet. Since it was just my husband, daughter and myself. We just shut off the water to the toilet and she used ours. After the first day we noticed a kinda “stale” smell. It was kind of like the smell of a home being closed up for a while. Purchased a room spray and that seemed to work. Lastly, when looking for monsters under the bed there was not any trash just a ton (and I mean a ton) of dust bunnies, the same is true for underneath the other bed. It is extraordinarily important to note that I am sure if I had contacted Tracy that these things would have been rectified. It just wasn’t a huge deal to us. We just wanted to have a good time and not worry about the small things but what is small for us maybe huge to others. This is just a honest review. Overall, I would recommend this place and stay again. It’s close to everything, the pool is great and the view is amazing!

Property had the amenities advertised, but the unit was very dirty. Trash under sofa, dirty rug in bathroom, cob webbs and dirt behind all trash cans, dust on many fictures and no pillowcases for the pull out bed/pillows

Very dirty and in disrepair

Location was great. And check in instructions were great as well. After that is went downhill. Sheets had obviously not been changed. Not only was there hair in the bed, but on the pillow. I called the property management company, thinking there would be someone manning the phones. I wanted clean sheets. It was 11:30 pm, so it was late, ( we had gotten there late), we kept doing a phone tag thing, and I was sent a text saying that they were with another customer so texting would be faster. I texted abouy how dirty it was, she called back. She informed me it HAD been cleaned 2 days ago and I could leave right then and she would refund my money. I wanted clean sheets. I brushed off the sheets as best I could and sprayed it all down with Lysol that I always carry with me. Also, the floor had not been swept, garbage was in the dresser and night stand drawers, soap pump bottles had been filled with water, dish washing liquid was empty, makeup towels in bathrooms were dirty, there was a shirt on the floor in the master bedroom and a swimsuit out on the deck. Chair in the bedroom was stained. Hair all over the bathroom floor, the nightstands were covered in dust and other little things. Our friend wanted some cereal and the first 3 bowls he took from the cupboard were dirty. We bought Clorox wipes and wiped down everything. It also needed repairs. The fridge leaked, the toilets either didn't flush well or were loose, front door was hard to close and lock.

Nice Condo - Great Location

Nice Condo and great location. Condo was really clean. The only thing I saw was the bath hand towels were a little dirty - but everything else was great. Would stay again and recommend to others.

We had a great stay, the condo was just as the pictures said, the only problem was the day we arrived on Saturday there had been a storm moved through with a lot of wind, and the outside pool and hot tub had a lot of dirt and leaves in them, I thought by Monday they might have them cleaned, but unfortunately we stayed until Wednesday and they still had not got them cleaned, so we really only got to use the indoor pool, which with as many condos as there are it usually stayed pretty crowded, but all in all we had a pretty good time

Wonderful Pigeon Forge Location

This condo is on the 5th floor and has a view of the mountains that is beautiful. The condo had everything we needed and was closest to the indoor and outdoor pools and the play area. The condo was quiet at night. Ms. Drake is extremely easy to work with and very responsive to questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location

This was my first time staying at a Vrbo and would definitely recommend it. The location was great and the unit was clean. It was so easy to schedule and there were no lines to check in. The unit’s was very close to the elevator and the pool and it was nice to be able to come back after a day of touring and still enjoy the pool.. We easily were able to access places in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

Perfect Location!!! Property was very NICE and a lot more spacious than the pictures make it look. The jet tub was a little dirty so we didn’t use that but overall we were very pleased with our stay there and will definitely look to book it again next year.

Condo was very dirty and outdated!

Condo was very dirty and outdated. Both showers still had soap left in them from previous renters. Shower curtain was very dirty and dry rotted! 1st Time staying at Mountain View Condos and will be my last for the amount of money we paid. Owner of Manager was difficult to deal with from the beginning until the end! I recommend you to choose another condo!
