We respect our guests' privacy, allowing for a seamless self-check-in and a private stay. However, we are readily available via phone or the app if you have any questions or need assistance during your visit.

This part of Pigeon Forge is incredibly close to the best part of town. Within 6 minutes of driving is the entrance to the Smokey Mountain National Park. 7 Minutes of driving away from Dolly Wood Park. Only 4 minutes away from The Island of Pigeon Forge where you find rides, arcade, food, shopping and a lot more. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, the sound of the creek and the birds in the middle of the greenery makes it just the perfect spot to be. If you are look for a relaxing trip or a fun and exciting trip The cottage offers both.

Guests will have private access to the entire cottage and its amenities during their stay. This includes:
The entire house.
The screened-in porch with the hot tub and foosball table.
The private fire pit area.
1 Parking spaces right outside the cottage. A 2nd shared space is available behind the pool, first-come, first-served
Access to the community pool to cool off on warm Smoky Mountain days. Pool hours are from 9 a.m. - 9 p.m. Mid-May to mid-September.

Sofabed: Queen size pull out sofa bed sleeps 2 people.
Outdoor Living & Entertainment:
A large, screened-in porch where you can listen to the soothing sounds of the creek.
Brand-new hot tub for ultimate relaxation.
Foosball table for friendly competition.
A private fire pit right by the creek, perfect for sharing stories under the stars.

Getting around is best by car. There is parking on the premises. Everything is within short distance a quick drive. Also, Uber eats and deliveries are available.

Please note that a signed rental agreement is required to finalize your booking. This will be sent to you for an electronic signature after your reservation is confirmed.

There is a pet deep cleaning fee of $150/Pet and no dogs over 50lbs. Max of 2 Dogs.
