SECURITY
For liability and security purposes, there are external Ring cameras at the front parking entrance, front door, and external AC units that continuously record audio and video. There are no cameras inside the cabin itself. Host may monitor the external cameras at any time via a smart phone app. Cameras are not to be covered up or tampered with in any way.

ABOUT SHERWOOD FOREST RESORT
• Gated resort with season community pool. Pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day dependent on weather, maintenance, and HOA decisions.
• Roads to the cabin are sloped, narrow, and windy, but there are no steep drop offs.
• Chains or 4WD are HIGHLY recommended during winter months. It is the Guest's responsibility to check local weather prior to and during the stay at the cabin.
• Trip insurance is STRONGLY recommended. We recommend Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) Trip Insurance for the most comprehensive protection of your trip.
