We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The home was perfect for our family Thanksgiving — cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated with a Christmas tree that made everything feel extra magical.The bedrooms were very comfortable, the bathrooms were spotless, and we ended every night relaxing in the hot tub. The check-in and check-out process was simple, and it was really easy to get in and out of the house.The hosts were incredibly responsive and kind. We accidentally left an item behind, and they were so helpful in getting it back to us quickly. We truly appreciated their hospitality.We would absolutely stay here again!

This house was very nice. Spacious bedrooms and very comfortable beds. We slept 8 comfortably. Had what we needed in the kitchen for cooking small meals. Plenty of cups but more silverware would have been helpful. The only negative thing about the property is the neighborhood is crowded.. a lot of cabins in a small space. Parking was tight with 2 medium sized cars. Otherwise it was a great stay.

Family/friends vacation in Pigeon Forge

Overall we had a nice stay. The location is great. The house itself was a good size for 6 adults and 3 kids. The kids loved the arcade games in the one bedroom. The kitchen has all the basic needs for cooking and is nicely updated. No issues with the AC, the house stays nice and cool in the summer heat. It is a very reasonable price for the size of the place. We had a few dislikes. The first being the parking. It is extremely tight if you have a large vehicle like a truck. The house across the street made pulling in/out of our spot more tight because their parking is close and laid out the opposite direction. The one bedroom had what looked like nerds candy on the end table. We wished there was a dish sponge given in the kitchen, there was only a rag and it didn’t scrub well. Most of the king beds had big dips in the mattresses. Last is the lack of outdoor space. The listing says outdoor seating, there is only a tiny bench out front. The hot tub is the only thing on the back deck and there is no seating out back. We didn’t end up using the hot tub because of this. Even with the few negatives we found, we still had a great vacation here. The house is still a place we would come back to in the future.

Wet Vacation, but a Great Time

The property matched the photos exactly. The neighborhood was not as hilly as we had feared and very close to everything. We hope that someday they add more hooks for hanging clothes and jackets, but we would definitely stay here again!

Great location, lots of room

Great property, close to attractions, clean. There are no closets so no where to hang clothes but other than that it was a great stay. I would definitely recommend staying here and will be returning in the future.

Nice place family get away

Beautifully decorated new house. Arrived 4:15, cleaning crew was there, waited 15min for them to finish. Sleeps 10 great, the king beds; mattresses were not comfortable/they sunk in. Very nice kitchen w/lots of accessories, living room with fireplace a Big screen tv, everything worked great, kitchen table not large enough for all 10 to eat or fit board games. Nice hot tub. Christmas tree was a very nice surprise & nice touch. Overall great family Thanksgiving getaway.

Beautiful Property very accommodating renters

The house was perfect for our family. It was very clean and they went out of their way to accommodate our schedule. The only complaint I would have is the lack of parking. Two spaces wasn't enough for ten people.

Smoky Mountain Vacation

This rental house was amazing. Very clean ,spacious rooms ,plenty of bathrooms. Great location and the owner was awesome to rent from . I would highly recommend renting this house. We had a wonderful time.

My wife and I were the only ones that could make the Rod Run out of our group. But we loved it. Trip and house were great. WiFi sucked but we were warned up front. Loved the house

Dollywood Trip

Location was perfect for our trip to w with 2 families. Overall, we had 8 people stay (4 adults and 4 little ones) and plenty of room and privacy. Communication with the owner was very prompt and check in was smooth.

5* Book Now!! Great location

We traveled to the Smoky Mountains and we loved the location! Property was an awesome location and super comfortable! All bedrooms had king beds plus the bedroom with bunk beds. 3 bathrooms was great! We would definitely rent from Luke again!!!

Week stay for dance competition

Everything was wonderful. The only downside is the wifi connection as the kids like to stream movies and such. Also, would like to have more storage space like closets. Otherwise, the home is nice and just as pictured and in a prime location.

Family fun

Kitchen and bathrooms were far above average. Location was good. However a couple of suggestions that would have made our stay a bit better : we were shocked that the only place in the whole house to hang clothes was a coat rack in the living room. Just a simple coat rack in each bedroom would be nice. The house is advertised to house 10 people, but not enough seating in living room. Two extra small chairs would have helped. (We had 4 folding chairs). A mirror and small trash can in the bedrooms would have been nice. The hot tub on balcony is huge. It would have been nice to have had a smaller tub and a place to sit out there. We WOULD rent it again!
