Welcome to Joe’s Place by Beyond Expectations, an inviting and spacious log cabin designed for your next Smoky Mountain getaway. This 5-bedroom, 3-bath retreat comfortably sleeps up to 16 guests with a mix of bedrooms, bunk beds and sleeper sofas, making it ideal for families and groups.



Spread across three levels, the cabin features two full decks offering breathtaking views of Mt. LeConte. Inside, the main living area boasts a cozy fireplace and plenty of seating for relaxing after a day of adventure.



The recently updated kitchen is a highlight, equipped with modern stainless-steel appliances and new granite countertops—perfect for preparing memorable meals. Gather around the dining area for family dinners or casual breakfasts before heading out to explore.



Entertainment is never far away with a pool table and sand shuffleboard for friendly competition. Outdoors, unwind in your private hot tub with a glass of wine and soak in the beauty of nature.

The Neighborhood:

Located in the prestigious Sherwood Forest Community. Tucked away from it all but still conveniently located just 15 minutes from Downtown Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. Just down the road from Mountain Mist Winery and Farm, where you can stop and pick your own seasonal blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, apples, cherries & grapes and don't forget to grab a bottle of wine for your relaxing evening at your get away cabin. The area also offers local horseback riding and ziplining. This cabin and area truly have it all!!



Getting Around:

-15 minutes from downtown Pigeon Forge and Dollywood.

-25 Mins from Gatlinburg

-25 Mins from the Smoky Mountains National Park



Other Things to Note:

Pets welcome - guests are responsible for any damage. Maximum of 2 pets.

**There is a $75 fee for each pet. (This fee in not included in your booking quote or when you book it. It is billed separately). **

*Please note the pool is located in the community

*Hot tubs takes a few hours to heat up after they have been cleaned and sanitized after the previous guests checked out.

* All refunds from cancellations may be subject to a 4% credit card processing fee depending on how you booked the property, meaning some listing sites may have the fee and some may not.

*We cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Years Day.

*All late check-outs have to be pre-approved 24 hours in advance or a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission.

*Community pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

*Guests must be at least 21 years old to book this listing.



Dog Behavior & Liability

Guests are fully responsible for the behavior of any dog(s) they bring to the property. All dogs must be non-aggressive and under control at all times. Any aggression toward neighbors, other guests, animals, or staff—including biting, lunging, or attacks—is strictly prohibited.

Guests assume full liability for any injury or damage caused by their dog(s). The Owner/Host is not responsible for any incidents, claims, or expenses resulting from a guest’s dog. Guests agree to indemnify and hold the Owner/Host harmless for all dog-related issues.

Violation of this clause may result in removal from the property without refund and charges for any related damages.
