Grand View Lodge is a 10 bedroom/10 bathroom cabin located inside our Resort, just 2.5 miles from the Parkway in Pigeon Forge at traffic light #10. Grand View Lodge has 3 levels and is 6000 square feet (plus deck space). This cabin will sleep a total of 43 guests and has parking for approximately 10 vehicles, with additional parking available in the Resort. Come relax in Grand View Lodge while you enjoy that beautiful view from the privacy of your own hot tub. You wont be disappointed...

Main Level

Grand View Lodge has 4 steps up to the front door, where you will enter into the main level. This level features an open air common space with the dining area, kitchen, and living room. The dining table seats 18 comfortably, with additional seating for 10 at the breakfast bar and 8 at high top tables. The kitchen is fully equipped with two side by side refrigerators (with icemakers), two glass top stoves, two ovens, two microwaves, and two dishwashers. Other items provided in the kitchen are two coffee pots, a blender, two toasters, and standard cooking and eating utensils to accommodate 43 guests.

Grand View Lodges living room is the perfect place on this level to gather and enjoy each others company. The living room is also where you will find 2 full size sleeper sofas. Watch the big game on the large flat screen TV or snuggle up next to the natural gas fireplace, regardless we know you will feel totally relaxed in Grand View Lodge.

The main level is also where you will find the first two of ten bedrooms and bathrooms. The first bedroom features a king size bed, full size sleeper sofa, and a flat screen TV. The bathroom, which can be accessed only from the bedroom, features a shower/tub combo.

The second bedroom features a king size bed, a flat screen TV, and an electric fireplace. The bathroom, which can be accessed only from the bedroom,
features a walk in shower.

The main level deck of Grand View Lodge is the perfect place to hang out and enjoy the gorgeous view. Here you will find two natural gas grills (standard
grilling utensils can be found in the kitchen), a natural gas fire pit, and plenty of rocking chairs.

Upper Level

The upper level of Grand View Lodge is where you will find 4 more bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as our favorite room, the private home movie theater.
The theater room features stadium seating for 16, full size sleeper sofa, a Blu-Ray player and surround sound. Come rent a movie from the DVD library located in the office, or watch your favorite show on the big screen...The theater is always a big hit!

The first bedroom features a king size bed, a flat screen TV, and an electric fireplace. The bathroom, which can be accessed from the bedroom only, features a walk in shower.

The second bedroom features a queen size bunk bed, a twin size bunk bed, and a flat screen TV. This bedroom also has a private bathroom, accessible through
the bedroom only, which features a shower/tub combo.

The third bedroom on the upper level features a king size bed, a flat screen TV, and an electric fireplace. The private bathroom, which can be accessed
from the bedroom only, features a shower/tub combo.

The fourth and final bedroom on the upper level features two queen size bunk beds and a flat screen TV. The private bathroom, which can be accessed from
the bedroom only, features a shower/tub combo.

Lower Level

When you get to the bottom of the stairs you will find yourself in the huge game room! The game room features a pool table, an air hockey table, seven arcade machines, a foosball table, a large flat screen TV, and a wet bar equipped with a mini fridge. The last two, full size sleeper sofas are also in the game room
and you will find the washer and dryer in a closet off of the game room.

The lower level is also where you will find the last four of 10 bedrooms and bathrooms. The first bedroom features a king size bed and a flat screen TV.
This bedroom also has a private bathroom, accessible through the bedroom only, which features a walk in shower.

The second bedroom features a king size bed and a flat screen TV. This bedroom also has a private bathroom, accessible through the bedroom only, which
features a walk in shower.

The third bedroom features a king size bed and a flat screen TV. This bedroom also has a private bathroom, accessible through the bedroom only, which
features a walk in shower.

The fourth bedroom features a king size bed, twin size sleeper sofa and a flat screen TV. This bedroom also has a private bathroom, accessible through the bedroom only, which features a shower/tub combo.

Last, but certainly not least, is the lower level deck where you will find two hot tubs! There are plenty of rocking chairs on this level for those who may
not want to use the hot tub. Kick back, relax, and take it all in!

Each TV (including the theater room) has Charter Cable.
There is FREE high speed, wireless internet in this cabin.
Gas fireplaces are turned off from May 1 to October 1. Fire pits are functional year round.

During inclement weather (especially in the winter months), the Resort's roads are maintained by our maintenance staff and should not be a big concern
to you and your group. Our roads are not steep and are widely paved.

The Resort is motorcycle friendly, featuring flat, paved parking spaces suitable for motorcycles and trailers.
